1. Should I make every pages separate or duplicate the pages to create tabs when the niche is related to one another to maintain the same Google analytics ID.
2. Or if separated should I enter each page in analytics as new property and have different analytics ID?

1) I think it depends on your user. I always want things less than three clicks away. If you can do that I think you are fine.
2) Google analytics will track all pages separately anyway no need to give them an idea unless it's a landing page and you want to track where people are coming from.
