Not only do I love the creativity of your cupcakes but I really love how accessable the recipes are on your website and your videos are short and concise. I personally hate having to watch something that's longer than usual and I would have to play the video at 2x. Keep up with good work Nick!
i've tried this recipe at home, delicious and very moist. my husband and my kids really like. thanks for the recipe the scran line, i want to try to another recipe.i love your recipe,GBU
I love my Kitchen Aide but I really like when you use the other mixer. With the glass bowl you just get a better view of what your batter looks like. Can't wait to try several of your cupcake recipes!! Please keep the cupcakes coming!! God bless you.
Just made them today, really nice and yummy! I used your cream cheese frosting recipe instead of the buttercream and it is still delicious. Using milk powder is ingenious because now I get the stability without using too much sugar.
I watch these cupcake videos just for fun but I'm in math class right now watching this and I've just decided that I'm making these when I get home. :)))))
I am inlove with your videos, I'm supposed to study but for the past 5h i just kept watching your videos. i wish i had an oven in the dorm to make them right now. I will do as many as i can in the summer when i'm home. :D
Thanks for showing us how to make a Mocha Frappuccino cupcake!!!!!!!! I just want to eat that yummy looking sweet cupcake!!!!! (and my dad loves coffe)
What?!?!!! I LOVE this idea! I'm definitely going to try these. I'm a fairly new subscriber and have been watching 2 or 3 past videos of yours a day and came across this one today. Wow. Great video editing too, by the way. 😃
Hi Nick! I was wondering about which mixer/s do you find the most easy to work with since you seem to use different ones. Thank you for the amazing recipe!
Lol the second video I watched of yours (first was caramel coffee cupcakes) and I noticed the change from the kitchen aid to the kenwood in this video.
Hi Nick, may I know what type of buttercream you used in this video? I'm a swiss meringue bc fans, i once added liquid into my bc and it turned out as disaster. Thanks! x.
Hi Nick, great recipe as always, just wondering why you changed your mixer? I personally have a kitchenaid, although I have never worked with a kenwood. I love my kitchenaid to death 😍 but I do sometimes find mixing dry ingredients can be tricky because of how fast the lowest speed is, and it does seem kenwoods have slower mixing speeds in the videos, just wondering what your opinion is, and which one you prefer😊 Love your videos, Julia🍰
+Julialovescupcakes hey Julia! I changed to kenwood because I've been using them for quite some time now and I find they just perform better. I really love kitchenaid mixers, but I love my kenwood more. Plus the one I have has a much biger mixing bowl :0)
You made my favorite Starbucks drink into a cupcake 😍!!!! You know I'm gonna make these! I add mocha drizzle in my frappuccino, how could I make your chocolate sauce taste like that?
hi i wanna know how it tastes like? bc sometimes coffee just strengthen the taste of chocolate and i wanna know if it tastes chocolatey or is it balance?
Hey there! Thanks I might do more. I won't be showing people how I do my thumbnails because my channel is about making cupcakes, and I think that if I do show people how I do my thumbnails they'll just copy me. I believe people can figure out their own style the way I have. :0)
Hi Nick, I love your channel. I've been looking for an Aussie cupcake channel and just today I found you! Anyway, I would like to ask the chocolate cupcake, in your recipe you only use butter, I'm wondering does it still get moist the next day? I have tried a recipe with oil and one with butter. The one with oil still moist the next day but I don't like the taste. The one with butter is delish but dried the next day. Please advise. Thank you.
+shazroseto hi there! Thanks so much for the kind words. So I guess the only way I can answer is yes it's still moist the next day. In terms of taste though I don't have problems with change in flavour the following day. Having said that, I've been doing some baking over here in the US, and their flour is different over here. It could really depend on the ingredients you use. You'd have to give them a go and let me know how you go! :0) N
Thanks for answering, Nick! I can taste the vegetable oil the day after I bake it but it's only me who can, the rest of my friends and family like it moist and yum and assured me no oil taste. I think I'll experiment more, maybe half canola and half butter or maybe use the high fat content butter (I read in one of your answered comment about what butter you use). I'll let you know. Thanks so much. I'm now a huge fan of yours :-)
Reasons to be a baker: 1. Kitchen smells good 2. You learn to be good at multitasking 3. You learn the importance of both creativity and concentration 4. You can eat cupcakes!!
Hi Nick! greeting from Vietnam. I really love ur recipes. I followed ur recipe of birthday macarons last time, it was so nice. I wanna make this mocha cupcake for this time. But I dont like its too sweet, can i reduce the amount of sugar in ur recipe? Plz give me some advices ^^
+sushitezi hi! Thanks so much for the kind words! Unfortunately id advise against it. Altering the amount of sugar will have not only an effect on flavour but texture.
+Anabel Hemsworth If I remember correctly he is Australian I think we do but they are few and far between and they are not the same as the ones in America.
+Kasheem Mashi I'd be more worried about the fact that someone is taking the easy way out for their new business by using someone else's recipes which are freely available to the public, that everyone can make rather than buy from a store. Personally if I was opening up a store I'd be more focused on experimenting with recipes, educating myself and understanding the way cake recipes work so that I know the core of my business very very well before going into business. That way once you've found your own really good recipes you can rest easy knowing that once word gets out there and people fall in love with your product, nobody else can make what you make. That's the same way my youtube channel runs. I know my work better than anyone else and no matter how hard anyone tries to mimic me or my style, it won't ever be anywhere near as good as mine.
ok, does anyone else just want to taste every cupcake he makes? please tell me I'm not alone!
"there has been a mini to medium sized uproar about my mixer"
why do I find this so funny 😂
+Mary Joukhador it's totaly true though! lol :0) x
Not only do I love the creativity of your cupcakes but I really love how accessable the recipes are on your website and your videos are short and concise. I personally hate having to watch something that's longer than usual and I would have to play the video at 2x. Keep up with good work Nick!

+The Scran Line where did you get your measuring cup for mixing your eggs milk and coffee?
Local $2 store :0)
What did you do to make the choc sauce thicker than in other videos? It's usually very runny!
You made my favorite Starbucks drink into a cupcake 😍!!!! You know I'm gonna make these! I add mocha drizzle in my frappuccino, how could I make your chocolate sauce taste like that?
Your voice is just so sweet as cakes
hi i wanna know how it tastes like? bc sometimes coffee just strengthen the taste of chocolate and i wanna know if it tastes chocolatey or is it balance?

+The Scran Line the measuring cup
Kitchenaid baaack!!!
hypothetically asking, if a friend is to open a shop selling your cupcakes using your recipes and the names of the cupcakes,is it a court case?
+Kasheem Mashi I'd be more worried about the fact that someone is taking the easy way out for their new business by using someone else's recipes which are freely available to the public, that everyone can make rather than buy from a store. +The Scran Line thanks alot I'll talk to my friend
where is your kitchenaid now? can you donate it to me, hehe i can't afford to buy a mixer. 😅
+roi carlo Ocampo kitchenaid has found a home.
😥😥😥 next time hehe
thanks
That chocolate sauce swirl scene was sexy.
Of course people are upset about you changing your mixer. Lol sometimes I think people go out of their way to be upset about stuff. So dramatic!
+Morgan Hill I know right? lol
+The Scran Line I didn't even notice you got a new one. I was kinda confused when you started talking about it lol
Kent wood is so much better
frappuchino lol not frapachino xdd
*frappeccino
*Frappuccino. Don't wanna piss off Starbucks. ;)
