You went to Trenton old medical Center, right by the hospital those places are still abandoned right bro. It looks like a ghost town I draw pass in my car over there it looks like something out of a horror movie 🍿
I was born in this hospital in the 70s and my dad worked here as a doctor up until the mid 90s. I wonder if he would recognize any parts of this building.
I was born there. My mom also worked there until it closed and they moved to the new bougie location at "Hotel" Hopewell. I helped her move her unit from the old location to the new. This place hasn't been abandoned for much more than 10 years. The only "scary" thing about it is squatters and other people that shouldn't be there. What a waste.
I worked here for 15 years, until the day it closed and we moved to the new hospital. It is so crazy to see what it looks like now, blows my mind! I wish you had gone into the actual main part of the hospital. The doors you went through were more the admin side. The doors chained behind the security desk lead to the main corridor of the hospital (and you can get the the morgue that way) I’d love to see my old office!!!
At 6:19 minutes in to the video you are in the Lab. You opened a Laminar Air Flow hood that blood samples were looked at. Serology is the examination of blood.
Hey Jamie thanks! Appreciate you checking the videos out. And also thanks for the video suggestion. I haven't done a shop tour yet. You're probably right that it would be a decent video topic. Thanks!
You should do more exploring videos when you have the time. So many people who do videos like these don’t know what they are talking about or know nothing about old buildings.
thats alot of filing cabinets in good shape, should gather up some free ones and experiment with making them into different kinds of tool and part storage
@10:10 It's not _THE_ morgue as that's under control of the state's Department of Health and is in another location in the city, but it's "cold storage" or a localized morgue for that hospital.
Looked like bombs went off in there. It was shredded up. And then that office @12:43 was creepy being so undisturbed compared to the rest of the place.
Wish I had a couple of those wooden doors without windows. They make excellent computer desk or tables, I use a blank closet door and it is still too small to handle all my gear. Those doors are solid wood as this closet door is hollow with some light re enforcement inside glued. The layout of this hospital reminds me of the movie Bullet with Steve McQueen, in the hospital scenes they were tight spaced and narrow just like this place. It would seem the morgue would be at ground level so loading of the ambulances would be easier.
Dude, besides being freaking Blair Witch, I’m a surgeon, and all I can think of is all the uncountable hours day and night 365 days a year of tragedies and successes and miracles that went into that place at one time. (And then there’s the Golf trophy on the desk… possibly somebody’s proudest moment… ) And of course, with a little time with the shop vac and some spray lube you (and only you!) could get that whole place running again!
That is creepy . It’s ashame is it badly vandalized . Where where the cops when this was going on. ? That place should just be demolished. A fire hazard .
Could you imagine seeing something at the far opposite end of a long corridor or hallway scurry across out sight.. And the only way out is to go towards it
The city of Trenton will allow the owners of this property to abandon it, yet, if you or I have an unpaid parking ticket, or unpaid speeding ticket, they issue a warrent for our arrest.
Well, it's a damn good thing that I watched this on RUclips, because if I had seen this in person, I'm sure I would have suffered nightmares for quite some time!!! EEEeesh!!!!!
Was in there last night definitely walked past the morgue the roof as a amazing view seen your spray paint that how I knew your RUclips channel very cool
Was there a few months ago definitely one of my favorite explores the place is just so big some of the place is still partially untouched and yes the roof is one of my favorite parts as well and the large stair case at the back with glass encasing it
isnt this the location where those two paranormal investigators came upon that cryptid spider hybrid creature?Next time bring a large can of bear spray.
Are you ever concerned about running into someone with bad intentions when exploring places like this? Ever have any close calls? Seems like these places would be honey holes for squatters/drug users.
I went there a couple times, but never upload the video about it because it's government property and I didn't want to mess with the wrong people if you know what I mean.
It is up for development and the buildings are not going to around too long. You might check with the county and see if they are receptive. They are doing pre-demolition work presently.
That is SICK. Love it. Looks like an awesome place for a paranormal investigation. I dig this type of shit. There are a few places up near me in NY that are believed to be haunted. Most were Tuberculosis hospitals at some point with quite a bit of death, tragedy and even torture through medical experiments. What's the story with this place anyways? Thank you for sharing this, it's way cool.
@dawinner777: ain't nobody named Jesus save the world, stop REGURGITATING that same old spoiled food you been served for so long, also there is no letter j in the Hebrew language, which means it was not in use 2000+years ago.
Mercer Hospital is a treasure. I understand these guys have no emotional attachment to it but many of us do. Your flippant handling of the material is just kind of disappointing. You'll never know the skill and brilliance that within those walls saved my life and many in my family from 1930 to 2011.
Serology has to do with scientific study and the examination of blood serum, especially with regard to the response of the immune system to pathogens or introduced substances.

That was pretty unnerving my dude. Don't think I could talk myself into doing that one alone.

I’m sorry a piece of your past was torn from you.
One office for sure they just walked out and left their trophies 🏆 and everything sad😢
Awesome!… came here for EMtn bike reviews, and discovered a whole new world!… really enjoying all your content, keep up the great work!…
Great video. The next building you walk through, leave a trail of popcorn behind you. This way you won't get lost .
As a horder I hate seeing all those cabinets and carts not being used in someone's shop
At 6:19 minutes in to the video you are in the Lab. You opened a Laminar Air Flow hood that blood samples were looked at. Serology is the examination of blood.
That was so cool, it's amazing how much how much good stuff is in that building that could still be used! They're just going to let rot!
13:12 that old software box shelf is one of the more unique things I've seen in an urbex video.
That garfield ghost fetus thing is pretty funny too.
The morgue is in the basement. I used to bring bodies there. There's an old Iron Lung near the entrance to it.
Every bang and noise had me spooked. On edge the whole time
I cant believe that place has all its copper pipe still intact!
born 79 here👊🏽
Hey totally love all of your videos. You should definitely consider doing an entire home shop tour if you have not already.
Hey Jamie thanks! Appreciate you checking the videos out. And also thanks for the video suggestion. I haven't done a shop tour yet. You're probably right that it would be a decent video topic. Thanks!
like watching resident evil ,i would of hightailed it outta there at the oil painting, couldnt stop watching though mate
Was born here in 1948 and my 2 sisters also. So sad to see.
It’s apparent you’ve been in there a Few times. No way I’d fine my way out. Kinda creepy going through there and sad that it closed.
I was born here August 27 1988 also 70 percent of my family

Always on the hunt for the morgue.
It amazing gow different a building feels and looks, when it abandoned and sooo quiet !! Wish I lived near - I do a night stay in there !!

I would absolutely LOVE to venture in here 😍😍
It's still there. Check it out!
Your in the lab . You have to go way down to the lowest floor then down two to three more floors .
Looks like nothing gets recycled in the USA ! Apparently sold the building for $500,000.. needs using for some thing . Homeless people maybe?

Jesus Christ is NOT a swear word! He’s the savior of the world! If you knew him you would never use his name as a swear word
You don’t know him dude, calm your tits
😂
Actually when white people say Jesus Christ name it's out of fear. When black say it it's out of hope
@dawinner777: ain't nobody named Jesus save the world, stop REGURGITATING that same old spoiled food you been served for so long, also there is no letter j in the Hebrew language, which means it was not in use 2000+years ago.
Saying our lord and savior name is in no means ever a bad thing.especially in a place of lost souls like that say his name from the rooftop

the place has already been abandoned for decades, and (clearly) trashed. Did you expect white glove service??🙄
this vid looks like the game doom. Very creepy
