Ho’okipa Beach Park is the Best Place to See Turtles in northern Maui

www.jordanouts... Ho'okipa Beach Park is located on the north side of Maui and is a beautiful beach. This is one of the best beaches in Maui to see nesting sea turtles. The east side of the beach has a protected nesting area. We saw over 50 turtles on this part of the beach! This beach is also popular for surfing and windsurfing. They have an upper parking lot that has amazing overlook views of the beach and a lower parking lot that has access to the beach. We loved the west side of the beach as it had the softest sand and amazing views!

Is there a specific time of year that is best for seeing the turtles on this beach?

We were there in November, but I believe they are there all year.
