    I hope all middle and high school students have a trip program like this to teach our future generations how to preserve our environment and consider clean energy. There are more work to do.

    Wow!!!! Thanks for sharing. I am now convinced after two whale watching trips, west coast whales are much friendlier than east coast. Boston. 🐋 😀👍

    I think the whales enjoyed spraying the humans :)

  • @iamlight1
    @iamlight1 8 лет назад +47

    It seems the whales caught on to the fact they kept getting a reaction when they sprayed so they seemed to do more of it to keep getting a reaction (look, they seem to like it).

      whales are highly curious and social so long as they dont feel threatened they will gladly allow humans to keep company with them

    I live in Southern California but I have to say that the whale watching is so much better up north than in Southern California.

      Exactly. If we want to see them, go to their home town to see them. Don’t kidnap them and lock them up. Then what difference are we from traffickers?

    J ai remarqué que de plus en plus les cétacés les dauphins les phoques se rapprochent des humains jusqu a se laisser toucher et même caresser pour les baleineaux. Avant on ne voyait pas ça. Je pense que ça vx dire qq chose de bienveillant.

    Feel bad for the poor things about those barnacles. Need an effective tool to reach them and maybe help somehow. Like a scraper or something? Maybe invent a floating scraping station for them!

    makes me wonder how they are getting the whales to come up to the boat. most likely feeding them which they are not supposed to do

    • @OrthodoxChristian809

      Jess S They live on krill, so you can’t feed them as their eating mechanism isn’t the same as a mouth.

    Never have I seen a more *boring, phlegmatic/unenthusiastic/humdrum/lackluster/unbothered/disinterested* group of whale watchers! It annoys the crap out of me! I mean, every group!?! Why did they even bother????? Sometimes, we see videos with people who are so excited, loud and emotional, that it too, is annoying, but the video in itself is so fulfilling, that one just have to overlook it! Am I wrong for feeling the way I do????? To me, this is *QUITE* an opportunity and should be met with much more display of joy and appreciation!

    • @crosswind76
      @crosswind76 7 лет назад +2

      Maybe they were asked to be quiet & not scream so they don't scare the whales away. I prefer not to watch screaming watchers.

    • @alexggg49

      What was wrong with quietly watching a wonder of nature and not screaming like a demented fool?

      When I see whale videos, I feel like I'd jump in and swim with the whales. I feel the urge just watching the video, and if I am there, I think I'm going to do it. They'd have to physically hold me back! :)
