Super nice trailer and awesome garage man! I'm building my trailer, almost done! Made my business cards, door hangers and polo shirts all with my logo! Website almost done! Can't wait to start to advertise and make money! I've been struggling with Uber for the last year and can't stand it anymore! Good luck to everyone!
Just wanted to say thank you for this video, I have had pressure issue the last 2 weeks and traced it back to a hair line cracked bulk head inside the tank side , after replacing it everything is working very well Thanks for the heads up
I really struggle with putting together and maintaining equipment (my strongsuits are in sales, networking, marketing, finances, etc.) but this is a great guide that keeps it simple. Should help me out real soon. I'm replacing my 26gal. tank I batch mix with that I've used since I went into business in Feb. 2023 with a blend manifold going to a 55gal water tank and a 55 gal drum for bleach. Just need to figure out how I'll do my soap... 3 tanks is a lot because I don't want a trailer. I like keeping everything in the truck bed with accessories in the cab and truck box. I may just start off putting my soap in the SH drum and see if I can stay in control of my soap levels well enough to just do that.
I enjoyed your video. I’m getting ready to put together my water hoses and irrigation system for summer and usually have a terrible time with leaks. I’m interested to try this true blue stuff because plumbers tape does absolutely nothing. I hope I have better luck this year. Thanks!!
It is fantastic to work with! You can get it off of Amazon. Any poly fittings only do hand tight, it does act as a lubricant when wet so you can easily over tighten if you’re not careful. Happy washing!
They have some of the worst customer service from what I've seen, and know several people who've been burned by them. I haven't done business with the personally...but from what I've heard I have no interest in trying. For that reason I would not recommend them to anyone following my channel. Absolute Chemical and Equipment, Russ Johnson, Southwest Softwash, Pressure Tek, Panhandle Pressure Wash...all good choices there.
Great information. I’m going to start my pressure wash business next year part time, and go full time when I retire in 18 months. Great point about connections. In my current job (phone company), any wire splice is a potential failure point. Question-Why the irrigation pipe in the bottom of the water tank?
Is there anything special you use to keep the filter at the bottom of the tank? Such as a piece of lead inside the filter. I wish I could search comments if you already answered this.
How tight does it need to be around the hose? I currently have drop sticks through the top, and there isn't any air in the lines but there is air in the tank, is that an issue?
The tighter the fit the less chance of splashing out. I never had any splashes out of these. On the new build this year I have swapped to uniseals With my new tank. You need some kind of vent for the tank or else it will draw a vacuum and you won’t get any flow through your line. Air in the tank is a good thing.
Hey, What the pvc connection you used on your IBC tote to connect your water hose to your ibc tank / float valve ? I dont know what to search on google for that piece
@Mr. Mister Power Washing thank you. I installed a 3.5 gpm pump on my system, but it has too much pressure it does have a lower the psi capability. I also did not get the TDS reading I wanted. Thank you again. Keep the good videos coming

Thanks brother!

Would love to see a video on how you use your blend manifold/proportioner for both your softwash and your downstream mix.
Here you go! ruclips.net/video/QNHp-a_0hXc/видео.html
Love the rig especially the paint job looks amazing
Look into Uniseals for all your hoses going into tanks.

After comparing several brands, it's clear that Southeast Softwash builds the best pressure washing and softwashing trailers. Amazing quality!

@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 they've been amazing for us. Sounds like those guys probably wanted free stuff.
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 nah, they just dont put up with retardedness. I dont blame em.
Very interesting. Thank you for sharing this.
Happily!
Great job, and great video
Thanks!
Or a simple uni-seal will work just fine
Good stuff!

In my current job (phone company), any wire splice is a potential failure point. Question-Why the irrigation pipe in the bottom of the water tank?
Best of luck! The irrigation pipe is to prevent water sloshing in transit.
would you mind sharing your 12v pump spec you used for your water fed pole?
Your top says licensed. What kind of license do you have.
Where did you get your filter for your bleach and water? Where did you find the blue hose for your bleach and water?
Do you have a link to the pump for the water fed system ? Thanks man love the vids

Hi,
How did you secure the filter to the tube at the bottom of the bleach tank?
How to you set up the di tank ?
Just a line into it from a 1.5gpm pump, then the line out going to my WFP reel.
Do you have any videos on you you have your water fed pole set up
I briefly go over it in a few of the build videos, but I’d be happy to make one focusing on it
Do you sale the hybrid proportioners?
With your bleach drop tube, do you have a hose clamp on the barb or just snugly fit?
@@justingedda4845 just snugly fit
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 thanks bro! Nice build
What filter/strainer do you use at the end of your 1/2 inch hose in the water tank?
It’s 3/4” hose and just a stainless steel mesh filter
How tight does it need to be around the hose? I currently have drop sticks through the top, and there isn't any air in the lines but there is air in the tank, is that an issue?

@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 appreciate it, I wasn't sure if air in the tank might affect the flow
Hey, What the pvc connection you used on your IBC tote to connect your water hose to your ibc tank / float valve ? I dont know what to search on google for that piece
What is the black stuff on the bottom of the tank and why do you have it
Irrigation drain pipe to help prevent water from sloshing while driving.
What bulkhead fitting did you use for your SH tank and what size hose are you running on it ?
how many gallons is your water tank
What size trailer is it
Where did you get the blue house for your chem tank?
Its called "spa hose". Absolute Chemical & Equipment out of Nashville stocks it for sure. Panhandle does as well I believe.
@@mr.misterpowerwashing8562 thanks man
Question... what gpm do you have for the water fed pole system
1.8 gpm at 100psi. I run 150’ of 3/8” air hose, then 40’ of 5/16 through the pole. I get excellent pressure and distance with that.
@Mr. Mister Power Washing thank you. I installed a 3.5 gpm pump on my system, but it has too much pressure it does have a lower the psi capability. I also did not get the TDS reading I wanted. Thank you again. Keep the good videos coming
Really enjoy your videos! Would love a break down of your water fed pole system. Thanks
How do you set your downstream line to the proportioner
I like the blue paint. What's your procedure? Rattle can, HVLP, air, powder coat, or pro paint shop?
What does the irrigation pipe do for your water tank?
Where do you get the blue and clear striped hose?
I got it from Absolute Chemical and Equipment in Nashville. I think midwest also sells it.
May I ask what kind of hoses the blue see thur.
Its called "spa hose"
Univalves are best but you've made it work without
Where are u located
