Bravo to you all. Steely Dan is an extremely difficult band to cover due to their complex chords/harmonies and rhythm but you all did an admirable job of doing so. Great back up singers.
Gorgeous photography on this posting. Got to hear the original Steely Dan lineup play this twice when they headlined at the U. of Toledo April 21, 1974. While waiting outside for the doors to open we heard them inside the arena playing this during their soundcheck. The instrumental groove is so good Becker & Fagen used it again a year later in their song "Chain Lightning" from the "Katy Lied" album.
Looking up Steely Dan Cover Bands and ran across this. They sound great, then I noticed who posted it and I was a little shocked at the coincidence. This is Mike Brusich your friend from way back. Keep rockin'!
Hi Mike, it shouldn’t be a shock that every time I listen to steely Dan I remember who turned my on to steely Dan in Mattituck....that would be you!!! Nice to hear from you..

this Formation is very good.
Donald Fagen's vocal timber and phrasing are sneaky hard, but this guy does a pretty good job
Nick-Awesome! Tom Sellaro (work with Tammy Case).
