Hey great stuff. You are one of the best at helping understand these changes and the landscape of baseball recruiting. Question. Say that a team gets to the 34 player roster in December or at the start of the season. Then they lose 4 players to injury as they practice, or even as games start, which is not far fetched. Are they stuck with 30 players for the remainder of the season? Or are they allowed to replace them, and if so from what pool of players? Any discussion on this?

@@eagleyes2000 thank you. As of now they are stuck with 30. Still waiting on fine print stuff to come out though.

How do the new House Settlement rules apply to Redshirting? Do Redshirt athletes count toward the roster limit? For example, could a school give out partial scholarships to 45 athletes (staying within the 34 scholarship limit) with the intention of redshirting 9 of them to meet the 34 man limit?

@@aceswild2678 nothing confirmed yet but hearing only medical redshirts will not count toward 34.

If the Juco eligibility passes, will that be for a player coming straight out of high school? Or can a player who has played 1,2,3 years of division 1,2,3 sport go back and play Juco and go back and still get those years left to play divisional sports?

@Pocostix won’t know that until any of this becomes official. Which certainly wont happen until probably after the season.
