These change (alllll the time) but to give you a reference on my measurements since we are sewing: I am 5’5” and my measurements are as follows, upper bust 44”, full bust 45.5”, waist 39”, hip 46.5”

Thanks, Alex. You’ve included some great options here. More and more now I am looking for patterns that can be easily be hacked so I get the most bang for my buck. Trying out a free pattern is, as you said, an excellent way to test out the block.
Those pants pattern are the perfect example of pants to hack and change til your hearts content.
Thank you so much for making this list of free patterns. The Blomma Tank is my go-to tank pattern. I love that the shoulders have more coverage. I like to lengthen it and wear them under tops. Perfect.

I made the Blooma tank for my daughter and it turned out really nice. It's great for layering if you don't like a low neckline. Would be great for summer pjs too.

I’ve made 7 Mandy Boat Tees for myself and 1 for my sister. I think the boat neck is very flattering (especially now that I’ve narrowed it to a point where it hides my bra straps). You can play with the pattern length depending on how you’ll wear your tee and use lightweight or heavier fabrics if you need tops for different seasons. It’s a really versatile staple that works when you want a tee with a little more style.
Sounds like a tried and true! Love it. There are a ton of free t-shirt patterns and this looks like a good one to make in jersey kit or double knit.
not free, but Sew Different (UK company) did an entire Queen's Gambit inspired collection last year i think. great selection of patterns!
