Respected miss, I want to bring to your notice a fallacy in the video. I heard you repeating over and over again that the hottest part of the flame is the inner blue part. Respected madam, as much as I know, the hottest part of the flame is the outermost part of it, i.e, the topmost part (tip) of the flame is the hottest part of the flame. This is well evident from the fact that hot air is lighter rises up. Keeping that in mind, the uppermost part is the hottest part. Please correct me if I am wrong because this is what I remember reading in my high school text book.
