so it's the usual infinite line distribution again... kinda sad sungyeol and sungjong didn't get many lines as usual but I'm sure they get to shine in other songs and myungsoo as well but I love the song all in all

I mean this song had SungGyu and WooHyun singing the chorus so most of the lines are repeated. It's not really unfair line distribution if they're singing the same part over and over again. That's just what main vocals do. They sing the main part.
HoYa and DongWoo have proved to be VERY AWESOME lead vocals, which is why they get the lines that go after and compliment the main vocals. HoYa harmonizing with WooHyun on that bridge was sex and no one can say otherwise.
The last three are indeed good vocals, but judging by how powerful this song is, I think it makes a bigger impact to the song if they alternated singing together throughout the song. Those harmonies in the back were probably them as well; not really lines, but it's nothing. If anything they help make the backbone of this song by their subtlety.
I admit that the video distribution was a little out of hand, and I really think Woolim did a disservice to Sungyeol for that, but the singing distribution I will be upset over because they based the song off of who most suits the part. And it seems like they nailed that.

It's seriously a travesty what they do to Sungyeol. It's been 6 years and they can't give him more than 9 seconds of singing and the briefest of glimpses of camera time? Bullshit. I love Infinite but I'm extremely disappointed. Also no rap? Wtf. I love Dongwoo's singing voice but this is not a win with me. 😔
I agree Sungyeol is my bias and I was put off by the way they treat him. He even said in the V app that he'd been working out. So Woolim isn't even appreciating his hardwork. Oh and I honestly didn't mind no rap I think ut shows their versatility.

Yeah I knew that too. He also somehow stated that he's the one who chose to have less lines. But I'm still waiting for the time he'll gain confidence to sing. He may not have a powerful voice like Woohyun or Sunggyu. But with a little practice his voice can be stable :D So hopefully in future Infinite albums he'll have more lines in their title track :D

Just going to say this but Sungjong and Sungyeol must really love the members to be staying in Infinite because if I was in a group where my skills wasn't shown I would of left the group- I just hate when people say that Sungjong and Sungyeol are talentless when they don't even showcase their skills in mainly the main songs. Like before speaking at least listen to their other songs that aren't main title songs.

Okay, for thoses who said that Sungyeol's fans probably loved him for his funny side, his personnality and not his voice and dance moves...? Are we talking about the same Sungyeol ?! Woollim didn't put him in this group because of that ?! He has a lisp. We all know that. That makes his voice unique. Sungyeol can dance. Look at him carefully in each mvs. He can definitely sing. What is the point of being in a group if a member can't sing or dance... Seriously... Sunggyu was my ultimate bias before I get to know more about Yeollie. I focused on Sungyeol in the mvs, lives THEN on variety's shows and dramas he played in. Sungyeol CAN dance, CAN sing, CAN rap (listen to Cover Girl and watch "Be Mine switch role" in "A song for you" ) and CAN act. He has multitalents. I know he has less self-confidence than the others members. But he did say that he works a lot to be better and he IS better. The "he wanted less lines" was years ago. He just doesn't want as much lines as Sunggyu or Woohyun. What disappointed me in this mv is that we barely saw him! During his OWN lines ! For god sakes ! If you don't or can't give him more lines at least show him more in the mv! he is considered as the "second visual" beside L. Put him in the visual so we could at least say: Hey !! Sungyeol ! But instead I was looking for him the entire mv ! I love INFINITE, and hope to see them on for a long time. I just wish Woollim would give Sungyeol a chance to shine ! He has a lot to show and give. I love infinite so much that this is the only kpop group I have supported since 2013, I already thought that being "INFINITE" had become always a trouble because of the distribution of lines maybe thats why the sub-units and solos are made to showcase more of their talents. I'm not asking nor picking a fight to my co-inspirit but i kinda suddenly thought that although this is the common distribution of their lines eversince, it may also because Gyu might also join the army anytime soon.
