Lovely handle and a cute mini axe. It would be good to put a wooden wedge in the top to secure the head though. Also i felt uneasy seeing the axe being straightened with a hammer when cold, but i am no metallurgist.

Love it, but hate that you put lacquer on the handle, you should use something that nourishes the wood (like boiled linseed oil) not something that just sits on the surface. But very good job over all.
