I recently purchased the BISSELL TurboClean Pet XL, and used it for the first time today, on a very dirty rug. Operation was simple. The carpet is much cleaner than it was before I started. The machine extracted the water nicely, so the carpet is only slightly damp after completion. I highly recommend the BISSELL TurboClean Pet XL
