My family was also trapped by such fraud. We took bank loan and owned an eicher because my father was a driver ... We lost 2 kaththa land and that eicher truck too due to high interest of those fraud bank. 😥 My suggestion is not to take loan for businesses if the situation still goes on like this.

The best way to deal with this is withdraw your money from the banks. It's a statistical certainity that if more than 30% depositors withdraw all their money at the same time the resulting bank runs will bankrupt the banks. ☺
I highly doubt. If the ouflows are more, banks will limit the sum that can be withdrawn. Might as well impose a freeze duration. Has had happened before as well.

An example: banks will collect through what are known as 'branches' from peripheries, far flung areas of an empire, (it was banned in Mongolian Empire where fiat and banking originated as a crime after s while) they will collect money from those who could least afford to loose it (it was a crime not to deposit paper money with a 'bank' and then loan them out to people in the cities or high priests in the kings courts at cheaper rates, often free, but charge the same depositors at exhirbitant interests. Fall of Mongolian Empire is linked to the failure of these practices.

In India government doesn't give licence to corporate businessmen. These businessman had to borrow the loan from the banks.

I would request abt some research on vehicle importers who sell cars to the nepali population at an extremely high rate .... when the govt. Has fixed at 20%. They are making more than 20lacs + by selling one vehicle. Tyo ni first they take our cash then order and make us wait.
