Know what..... no one brings sandwiches to the office because they just have a boring microwave here, which makes the bread tastes terrible.... I'll bring my toaster and make everyones life in the office much better!!!!!!

I have a tiny amount of Dijon mustard spread on the ham. It's so very strong in flavour, so a little goes a long way! It brings out all to a new level though, enhancing the saltiness of the ham somehow, and also complementing the cheese. Lovely!

I've always admired how over there in France, you guys REALLY know how to savor every pleasure life has to offer, and food is no exception, that's why you never get fat!. At least you give your brains enough time to perceive each and every flavor, smell and texture instead of shoving everything down!. In the book '' French women don't get fat" there's a passage where the author talks about eating a couple of apple slices, some cheese and a glass of white wine for HOURS!

    • @FrenchGuyCooking

Hahaha you may be right ! But don't worry, we get fat eventually ;)

Technically it is a croque-Monsieur, but not the one we usually eat nowadays in France, which often comes with béchamel and/or grilled cheese topping. Interesting way to use a toaster though, and this is definitely a smart and quick method to get a good ham & cheese sandwich... thanks French Guy

I like the way ur gonna Demonstrate ur cooking ;-)
    I have a question, plz
Jamie Oliver and Gennaro Contaldo sometimes use red or white wine in cooking specially on pasta sauce!
Is it possible to offer anything alcohol-free instead of wine to cook the pasta sauce?
the Vinegar is suitable replacement or not?
