RTO2014 Repair Part 1

I just bought a new RTO2014 Oscilloscope! It's beautiful... but it has SDRAM glitches. The ebay seller made it right, but now I have to actually fix it! In this video I track down the faulty chip.

Not me! That's why I bother with broken secondhand equipment: if I repair it, my reward is a bench that punches far above my hobby budget ;)
