I suffer from similar symptoms 24/7. It happened after an extreme panic attack, the following day everything was spinning. Today , almost a year now, spinning has decreased but still vertigo/dizziness and feeling of instability is present. I am simply coping with the condition, continuously researching. There is something called GASTRIC vertigo. I have modified my diet by avoiding foods that cause inflammation and acidity. Not foolproof, but I hope this may somehow alleviate the dizziness. Heartburn caused by acid buildup somehow has an effect. I think re-wiring the brain is needed, but easier said than done.

Have you ever looked up for a possible PPPD or Vestibular Migraine?
Or maybe something that has to do more with your ear? BPPV for example.
One thing I also recommend doing if you’re not already, which seems to be helpful for a diagnosis, is to try and differentiate between vertigo and dizziness during your episodes. Dizziness implies instability, vertigo, a spinning sensation. In my case for instance, I have frequent dizziness and pretty much no vertigo at all.
Hope that’s been of some help. Good luck !

I had this for a over a year and, it went away on its own for a over 3-4 years, I also had panic attacks, anxiety, depression lots of other symptoms, the fear of having it make it last for over a year, with the stress, once I stop worrying about it, then it went away, I kept feeling like I was swaying left, and right sometimes the dropping sensation, vertigo, I couldn’t sleep when I lay down I felt like i was falling off my bed

I'm going thru the same thing. I never have panic attacks and then one day I had one and mdds came after the panic attack. I feel less symptoms when I am distracted. The symptoms go away completely when I'm driving. After the panic attack, it's like your brain gets stuck in fight or flight mode. If I start to feel anxious or stressed, I feel more symptoms. When I temporarily forget about the rocking for just a few seconds, the rocking stops, but then I'll start to think about it and boom, the rocking comes back as soon as I focus on it. I bet that's you too

I am reading some of these comments and as a person who has MdDS and went to Mount Sinai and one who reads all the medical abstracts, only the OKN-VOR stripe treatment that has been recently modified is going to help the situation. If you want to do the Jesus and all that, then that is up to you. I am talking science here. The work being done by Dr. Cha, Dr. Beh, Sergei at Mount Sinai, Dr. Fox in Asheville and the MdDS group in the UK and Australia are doing test case studies. The cure will happen, but right now money is not being thrown at MdDS research. I was normal getting on that airplane and getting off. Next day and possibly the rest of my life I suddenly got anxiety? That is bullshit. These doctors do not have the ability to see what is firing and not firing in the brain. Where the signals are blocked or why our brains think we are in motion when on solid ground. I stopped the drug route and decided to allow my brain to "see and feel" the world as clear as I can get it. I did not do nearly as much as you have done. You are in California? Well, I am not going to say which two doctor said this to me but go and microdose psilocybin. I cannot do that where I live but literally two medical professionals told me that I may get the best result in this siutation. Look into it.

My sister has MDDS and I want so badly to help her. Whats helped my sister is benzos since they repress her vestibular system. For anyone reading, you may have to play around with the dosages a lot.
Money's not entirely the problem. I worked in the lab where SOS Vertigo is based so I cannot identify myself. The lawyer that runs it (if that's not telling enough on its own) will come after me haha. These researchers and "patient advocates" use the money thing to gaslight patients.
Two researchers who published papers this year accused the people I worked with for faking data. The accusations are totally true. The paper that the group published this year was mostly written by a subpar researcher girl who does not understand the physics behind the OKN procedure. She was making people worse with her misunderstanding of physics. She even told me that herself...
They were doing the procedure wrong at SOS Vertigo for a long time too and making people worse. They are a tech company trying to make a small quick buck. They do not understand or care. Their recovery scale is utter bullshit too.
Another researcher who published a paper this year cannot explain the physics behind the procedure either. She admitted to me that her outcomes are actually not very good.
Another researcher who published a paper this year does not even believe in the OKN treatment. She believes the entire thing is because of female gonadal hormones. She doesn't believe men can get the disorder. She thinks Sergei (and Dai) is a hack. She suggested patients inject testosterone or try other HRT. I spoke with a patient she had. She messed that patient up so badly that the patient attempted suicide. Some "patient advocates" run really hard with the hormone thing even though I've spoken with Dr. Cha who agrees that there is no solid causation established. Beware of them. They can also be very creepy.
When it comes to papers, please, read the whole papers. Most people in academia cannot be trusted. Look at scandal after scandal after scandal that occurs. Researchers lie in abstracts all of the time. Sometimes they're decent enough to even show you their lies by having the data there and then just pretending the data says something it doesn't. I worked in academia and I have published. I know the game.
I trust Sergei. I trust Maruta. I trust Cha. There are a few in the US military here and there. That's it. Beware of others.
You probably know this already, but for anyone else who happens to be reading, please stay away from the steady coach. My sister tried that. Steady coach is just repackaged Dr. Sarno. So.. just bullshit.

Yes, I'm in California. Yes, I'm tired of taking drugs. I remember when this all began and was shocked reading about how just one person in this world, who actually specialized and was researching this condition, Dr. Dai, just happen to pass away literally 2 years before I ended up in this mess. I know Sergei, etc are following his research and trying to keep it alive, which is still hopeful than nothing....
I think my best option left is to try the OKN-VOR Optokinetic nystagmus vestibulo-ocular reflex... the problem is finding a specialist around who understands to provide this properly.

@@jvglkk3 It's a giant mess out there... nobody knows how to cure this or what it really is. It's a shame Dai passed away in 2019. I was emailing Sergei when this all began and he seemed like a nice guy who actually wanted to help. Unfortunately, he's not near where I am. However, do you have any advice on reaching them? I have a few personal question as well that’ll help prepare me. How much was the cost of the procedure? How were you able to translate what youve been going through for them to accept you as a MDDS patient- I ask this because my doctor has no idea but assumes its neurological based upon my nystagmus when laying on my back.

Hi. I’ve been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety since February of 2020. There were moments where I was feeling like I was rocking my self back and forth. I had to have 1 foot in front and the other one in the back just in order for me to feel like I was standing still.
I don’t like taking medication because I believe that’s not the solution. I truthfully believe this will help you out.
Make connection with sand . Walk in sand or grass for 30 minutes a day. No shoes or socks. Our body is full of energy that we’re not supposed to be carrying around. It’s just traveling from head to toe back and fourth trying to find a way out. That’s why when you hit your elbow you feel like a sock that goes to your fingers or sometimes when you touch someone you get shock. Your body has to release all that energy but since we’re always wearing shoes (rubber) 24/7 the bodies does release that energy.
Try it. I had severe muscle pain and my nerves were really stiff. Also buy yourself a bag of magnesium citrate powder on amazon.

    • @ExecutivePenStylus
      @ExecutivePenStylus 5 месяцев назад

I finally received a diagnosis of PPPD after two long years of searching. I can't even begin to describe the amount of money I spent trying to figure out what was wrong and experimenting with various treatments. However, I'm thrilled to say that I've made significant progress. The dizziness has greatly diminished, and I'm almost back to my normal self.
Now, let me share with you what I believe has made a difference. If you haven't already, give these strategies a try:
      1. Rest is crucial. Whenever you feel the need to rest, listen to your body and take a break. Personally, I've noticed that being in busy areas and straining my eyes worsens the dizziness. So, make sure you're getting enough sleep and consider taking a sleep test to rule out sleep apnea.
      2. I've found that reducing my carbohydrate intake and avoiding unhealthy eating habits has helped alleviate the dizziness.
      3. Trust me, I've tried countless medications, and they all turned out to be disappointing. It seems like we're all in the same boat with that.
      4. I've had success with a low dose of 0.25 mg Xanax once a day. I promise you, it provides temporary relief. It doesn't make me feel suicidal, so perhaps you took too much. Look it up online, as it's known to help with vestibular issues.
      5. Despite feeling depressed about our situations, we need to push through and get out of the house. I understand how difficult it is, but dwelling on it won't solve anything.
      6. Personally, I had a major breakthrough when I started incorporating optokinetic videos into my daily routine. Watching them eight times a day for just ten minutes each time made a significant difference.
      7. Engaging in physical activity, like playing basketball, can help distract you from the swaying and other unpleasant sensations. I know exactly how you feel, as if you're drunk and high without the enjoyable effects. It's a strange, overwhelming sensation.
Sometimes, you may experience migraines, but they're not like regular headaches. It feels more like pressure in your temples, behind your eyes, and even sinus pressure that makes it hard to breathe through your nose. I completely understand.
Lastly, try to identify the time of day when your dizziness is least bothersome. For me, unfortunately, it's around 4 am. I know it's not ideal, but it's important to find some relief.
Now, I understand this may sound counterintuitive, but bear with me-alcohol. Yes, you read that right. Have a drink, but stay away from beer. Opt for tequila, whiskey, or vodka. Start with just one shot, wait for about 20 minutes, and keep adding more until your dizziness subsides. Maybe one, two, or even three shots will do the trick. You may still feel a bit dizzy, but at least you'll have a slight buzz, and your brain will understand why. This has been a major anxiety factor for me. When I'm dizzy and feel like the ground is moving beneath me, I'll be lying in bed with the room spinning, and I haven't done anything to trigger it. Alcohol helps relieve that stress.
I hope these suggestions help you as much as they've helped me. Stay confident, keep trying different strategies, and remember that you're not alone in this journey.

Bro you are so lost, I know there's nothing wrong with you except you don't understand what's going on with you nor do the doctors they don't know anything.
You just messed up your nervous system that's your body's stress response, it over fires that's what causes the symptoms even when you're not anxious.
It happens sometimes our body can get stuck in overdrive in the stress response.
I went through this stuff for a whole year you can't convince me that you're not going through what I went through too.
If you want help bro let me know I will help you get better.
You're not going to get better on your own, you need to get advice from people who recovered from what you're going through.

    • @kyodizzy
      @kyodizzy  6 месяцев назад

I believed all that, at the time, with the nervous system over firing, etc, but I don't have panic attacks anymore/derealization/depersonalization/high anxiety, any of that... I've come to accept this dreaded feeling and have adapted to it.
But it's been years now and I have not had any relief when it comes to the gravity literally pushing me around in the same pattern 24/7 every single second. People always say the first step to a solution is to accept the problem... I've accepted this condition, I try to exercise/live normal as much as I can.... it hasn't gone away.
I'm not anxious. I actually care less about what people think now - the person I was before would never show myself on the internet and post videos/being shy. If it wasn't for this condition, I wouldn't put myself out there. I thought about ending life when it all started. As miserable as this condition is, I wouldn't do that now.
The biggest problem is the force of gravity pushing me constantly that just simply won't get unstuck.

    • @darkylll406
      @darkylll406 6 месяцев назад +1

Even if you're not anxious your nervous system is still sensitized, trust me I have been through this too.
Look all you have to do, is stop trying to fix this, just let this all be there, let it all happen to you and just go on with your day everyday as best you can without letting these symptoms bother you.
You have to act as if your normal to become normal again.
That's how I recovered, it took a long long long time, like a little over a year.
It may feel like it's not working because it just takes a long time.
All the symptoms you described, means your nervous system 100% got sensitized at one point.
All of this is to be blamed on your nerves being sensitized and that's a good thing because it means you can fully recover.
And I get it you don't think that this is anxiety because it's been a long time and you don't feel anxiety,
But do you understand this stuff rewires your brain? If you have been doing all the right things you should have noticed some of your symptoms going away,
that should be evidence for you to know that you're recovering,
I recommend researching anxiety recovery you should be communicating with people who have recovered from the same thing as you, it's really hard to recover on your own bro.

You're trying to find a way to get rid of this feeling becauqe you think it's a threat and it keeps your body stuck in survival mode. And a fearfull body exhibits various symptoms

Yes, I have tried it. I think it has to be a certain specialist who, at least, actually understands this condition.

Thank you... I don't have trouble walking as long as my eyes are open, though. The biggest symptom is the feeling of gravity constantly pushing/pulling you around. (that causes the feeling of dizziness because it's literally being pushed around constantly)

I heard of that too. I had it noted and I think I asked my dr once... but I don't think I've tried it. I don't think any pills help at all.

You're taking a bunch of psychiatric drugs, years of recovery from that, stop non sense psychiatric experimentation, research into neuroinflammation and ways to adress It properly, with science based aproaches, pioglitazone, tudca, artesunate, niclosamide, bromantane, do yourself a favor, research whats is involved with your illness, treat It like If It was multiple sclerosis, seeking remyelination and BBB/spinal cord integrity, stop the non sense psychiatric experimentation.

No medication is going to heal it, the only one that’s going to heal it is Jesus. You need to go to a church that does healing/deliverance and receive Christ. He loves you so much and wants to not only heal you, but have a relationship with you and there’s a reason why that neurologist prayed , God is after your heart and wants to heal you, but He needs you in the right place to do so in the way He wants to, go to a church and receive the healing of Jesus. It will change your life, God loves you and is giving you the answer to your healing, I have faith that God will heal you if you go to a church to receive it ❤ God bless, He’s not done with you yet 💯

Well, you're right about one thing.... it will truly take a real miracle to heal this. Because no human being on this planet really understands the condition unless they have it themselves.
