I just bought a 2004 manual 330d touring with back on black interior for £1750, it’s does have 275k miles ok it though! One owner though amazingly with new clutch, turbo, abs pump, and an intercooler directly from the BMW dealer!
I’m currently buying my 330ci I sold 5 years ago, my granda bought it for me and him and my granny both died in 2022 so I’m so happy to be getting it back 😊
@@carsandcustard thanks buddy, they were well into their 90’s so can’t complain they had a great life! Just be nice to bring the car back to its former glory, and maybe stick a stonking great turbo or supercharger to it if the wallet and engine condition allows 😂
As an e46 touring (facelift) onwer, these are great cars, just like every e46 is. i have m47 engine and "only" about 200k miles on the clock. would like to have m57 manual, but those are "rare" and worth the money?, dont know. ps: had e39 touring with m57. had 580k km on the clock and it just kept going
M47 still a fantastic engine ! There will be a video in the coming week about my other E46, which, given your comment, I guarantee you will like very much 😅
Help me out here, lad. I own one like it and it does the same vibration buzz/rumble on the highway. Was it really the diff and how was it diagnosed, as I am wondering if its the torque converter.
I will yes. I think it’s a better idea to introduce the car before I start working on it. Purely wrenching isn’t the direction I want to take the channel 👍🏻

Ohh it’s a 204ps as well so the strong iron block with the good fuel pump!

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you enjoy the car as you remember !

I was offered £3300 for my 330i touring manual with 87k miles last month. I’m glad I backed out of the deal and decided to keep it.
e60 for the win
I love my coupe but the touring is a beauty. Nice car 👍
Looks in amazing condition and I think the M engine was be amazing 👍
looks great, i'd leave it as it is

@@carsandcustard yeah, m47 still good engine, unlike N47 engines..
I just bought a manual e46 touring with 276k miles on it, hoping these are as bullet proof as they seem!
You Deserve More Subs Love The Vids :D !!!
Thank you very much ! I was a little disappointed in this one but technical difficulties were really fighting me on the day. More coming soon though !

I’ll dig out the work it had done and let you know !
put a m57 335d engine in with a 330d manual gearbox ulitmate daily driver
Very very tempted...
You could just put a manual box and 335d bits on this engine, the iron block is allot stronger than the later alloy m57’s
Nothing happens though.... Are you gonna make wrenching videos at all?
