I had this idea in yesterday's video and I posted in the comments
ADVANCE thinking great thinking but iv tried that and the glue takes very long to dry i left it out for weeks and threw it away because it was not drying and the glowy liquid would just float up because the glue is heavy

Try to decorate the ceiling of the house with the Glow Fluid or Glow Ink and Paint it in such a way that it should look like a SKY FULL OF STARS or a SCENERY that would be Amazing when is Hit with a BLACK LIGHT especially the children will enjoy it as it would me mesmerizing and will give calmness to our brains after a hectic Day :) curious for the results :P

I highly doubt they can make a real railgun. A coilgun, perhaps, but not a railgun. I also don't think US gun laws apply to coil/rail guns since they aren't conventional weapons yet.

Try this KOR: What happens when 1. you add super glue with saltwater and boil it 2. Make a ball of sand with superglue and measure its tensile or compressive strength 3. Superglue applied to car wheels when car at stationary, will the car move when super glue completely dried. 4. What happens to thermite when super glue is added to it. 5. Can super glue be useful to make lanterns or can it be used with other fuels to increase its capacity to burn.
What happens if you mix the UV ink with the glow stick activator fluid? Will it cause the UV ink to glow?
Can you make a glow bottle rocket pressurise the bottle at night and watch it send a glowing stream in the air

Part of the trouble with the t-shirt is that it was likely washed with a detergent that fluoresces, so the ink glow got drowned out by the UV-reactive glow of the detergent. Laundry soaps contain phosphorus chemicals in part so that fabrics appear brighter in sunlight.

Don't blame it on the boogie
Moonlight is just reflected sunlight so in theory, it would work but the moon is much smaller than Earth and so it has to spread a small amount of the sun's light into a larger surface AND the surface of the moon is pretty dark so it absorbs most of the light that hits it anyway. The moon may look bright in the sky but that's an illusion because it's the only real bright thing up there. Stars are even dimmer because they're so far away.
Imagine bouncing water off of a spoon and trying to completely cover one side of a basketball with it. Spreading that limited amount of water over such a large surface is incredibly difficult. That's what the moon does.
As for your other suggestion, welding does emit UV radiation but I doubt it would produce enough to easily see the ink. Might make for a decent experiment though!
I juse a uv pen for cheating during tests. By writing on my pants and juse the light for when i need the answers. 🤓
what about doing something with Anti-Freeze and the ink see if you can make some sort of cool glowing light
