One of the best fights of all Naruto and one of the best I have seen, no matter how many times I see it, it is always incredible, very well done in everything: choreography, animation, context, background, soundtrack, skills, etc.
For those of you that are new I meant the Art style not the fighting I got it mixed up

Hands down man Naruto has the best fights in anime. The hand to hand choreography is always a level above, the sound effects, the quick cuts to show impact, man it never gets old lol

just started last week and i just finished the sasuke vs naruto fight (which is why im looking at the reaction now) and i gotta say for something that came out almost 2 decades ago this is probably one of the best fights i've seen ever, and i've seen a shit ton of anime before that. Really hyped for the rest of the series !

Kurama the insane powerhouse really lives up to the whole a single swing of one of its nine tails can shatter mountains and cause tsunamis(from chapter 1 which we then match in power by madara perfect susano) also the white mage of the tailed beasts
Also love that is baby first fight of madara and hasirama since the entire fight takes place in the place created as a side effect of them fighting as was

I still love that moment after Sasuke blasts Naruto with the Dragon fire whatever Jutsu and they're both just shocked by it. Like...even after all of that, Sasuke is shaken by the idea that he almost just killed Naruto...right before he reaffirms his convictions and pile drives the shit out of him.

Man Naruto part 1 is a masterpiece, people can bash shippuden because of its end and its whatever, but Naruto part 1 is on the highest level of animation fluidity, its packed with ambiance and everything, that too goes for early shippuden
Naruto part 1 pre time skip is a masterpiece. Too bad that Kishimoto ruined almost everything with the 4th Ninja World War arc. Although that arc has also it's great moments and despite some of it's flaws when it comes to the plot, it's Anime's version still has some fire animation and fight scenes. I think that overall One Piece as a whole is better when it comes to the plot and worldbuilding but Naruto fight scenes are on another level compared to One Piece's. Don't get me wrong, Naruto's plot is also great, especially Naruto part 1 which I once honestly preferred to One Piece

Might Gai against Madara was sick though... but agreed, most of Naruto after the Pain arc was really not that good anymore

A 2nd look tells us exactly why his Sharingan evolved in the middle of this match. Midway Naruto over powers Sasuke and forces the real version of the character out into the open rather than the pretend villain he was portraying. Sasuke discovers that the reason Naruto was so fixated on him was deeper than some petty rivalry. It was a true bond by a person cursed to bear the hatred of the village that was attempting to establish a positive relationship. It was here they truly connected probably for the first time ever

Same for Sasuke really. Naruto had already surpassed him when they first fought at the hospital. The new curse mark amplified his abilities greatly.

Just because Sasuke can't auto-regen doesn't make this any less of an indicator that thanks to his cursed mark he'd be weaker. Exactly, but one of its weaknesses is that it can't track two different things simultaneously. Mind you, I'm speaking of a time when the Sharingan wasn't as broken as it is today. When Sasuke was being bombarded with Shadow Clones, his eyes were transitioning from one clone to the next, and to the next, one at a time. Albeit very rapidly, causing him to dodge and counter. But once the Nine Tails cloak pops out, it acts of its own accord. In, Sasuke's own words, "It has a mind of its own" completely separate from Naruto's own physical movements. The cloak then attacks in an unpredictable pattern that Sasuke's fully evolved Sharingan can't keep track of. That's why he says "all I can do is dodge."
One of my favorite scenes is when naruto puts on the chakra cloak bc the music just hits so hard and stops being a battle of ninjas to a battle of super natural monsters

Someone once told me the reason there is such a big blast after the rasegon and chidori is because the R has a mean rotation and the chidori lightening style just bounces and creates the explosion.

Everyone is always so freaked out, both in-universe and in reality, before they remember Naruto comes from a clan of berserkers and he uses his clones as backup instead of sending them as disposable infantry.
Also thank god for the often overlooked fact that shinobi bodies are inherently more durable, or all the slamming into rock walls and floors *would* have killed them.

I literally just realized that when Naruto 'screams' back Sasuke's fireball he's using the first wind style technique. His chakra nature is air, which is why that happened like that.

Best fight of Naruto and maybe the best fight in all of anime history even. At the time nothing it came out I had never seen anything like it before. Even today it still holds up incredible.
I haven't seen nearly as much anime as some people have, but either way, it's hard to imagine very many fights which could hold a candle to this one. You may have very good fights in Dragon Ball or AoT or elsewhere, fights that're spectacular, but this fight is like a literal milestone in anime, from the tension that's built over the last 100 episodes, to the voice acting, the music, the way it's written, it's just THAT well done, really
The best fight? Not even close, but this fight had godly animation.

Lol sasuke survive being tossed into mountains many times. Dude literally gets up and attack back. He doesn’t look wounded like Naurto at all. While Naurto struggles when he got injured badly then regenerate.
Sasuke seemed to have gotten an EXTREME buff in durability. Lots of the blows Naruto gave him probably would crippled anyone else.

Episode 133 is my favorite episode from Naruto! What's really disappointing is that they couldn't keep up with their own success. This ep is the highest rated episode with a 9.4/10 but the following one couldn't beat it and went down to a 9.1/10. There had to be a major sacrifice and new music to really top the last ep but I guess Kakashi Sensei doesn't learn from his or anyone's mistakes and let's not forget they didn't add the shock factor.
People were surprise when Sasuke stabbed Karin to get to Danzo. I wonder how, when he tried to do this to Naruto?
