My Grandparents (Paternal) are from Ireland, that accent was so bad. My Grandfather would punch P.M. for taking the piss, and my grandmother would slap him for being disrespectful. I don't know what that accent was, but it wasn't Irish. It was like an odd Voltron of all regional Irish and Scottish accents.

His accent isn't wrong, but it does sound like he's just putting it on and mixing all of the different types of Irish accents together. RT's accent is one of many Irish accents (depends in which county you're from) and is obviously more natural and sounds proper
