Sweet egg curry is probably of the greatest curries in India. Its pretty rare to find, its not really a thing in most restaurants in India.
The sweetness comes from caramelised onions.

it won't work. It's way too overpriced even for me who's living in a country with minimal tax and getting higher than average salary. Like what's shown in the video, for 3 small pieces of meat with rice and curry it's gonna cost around 10 USD in my country. The restaurant are expecting people to pay a premium for the curry sauce which is quite ridiculous. It's one of those over-engineered Japanese products, like the Japanese melons.
