I watched this on the shoulder of a busy highway, in the cold, dark, rain, waiting for a tow truck after I blew my tire. So thanks for keeping me calm, guys❤️
Mochi rasmalai would actually work. I'm from the Eastern part of India. We have a dish called "Doodh pulli pithey". The pithey is made from rice flour just like mochi.
Loved today’s episode! I’m a HUGE GMM fan, and also of Indian descent. I was born here in Canada but my parents are from Punjab, India (northern India) and most of the main Indian dishes used in today’s episode and that you find in restaurants are from there! Great job Nicole + crew!!
My American palate likes northern Indian cuisine better than the other regions. Chole bahture, shahi paneer, all the dal dishes, and idk if it’s supposed to be eaten together but I like onion kulcha with tamarind chutney.
I wish I had more access to foods from other cultures. I'd love to try those Indian foods. I live in such a rural area. We don't have many options unless I were to drive a couple hours away to a city.

Hey guys! We just got back from our honeymoon in Scotland, where we came up with a food mashup for you to try, if it’s not already been done. We noticed quite a few Mexican restaurants in Edinburgh, which led to us wondering how tasty this might be: haggis enchiladas!
