  • The Album 'Plasmic' is a super fun twin built for speed and fun when the waves aren't the best. Ryan ‪@TheSurfersJourney‬ thinks this board will be his go to board in those conditions from now on.

Hi, sure you would have tried the Seaside. Just wondering how they compare in those conditions?

Hey Mate! How is this board in good waves? I'm really torn between the Lightbender, Plasmic and Wills Fish from Trimcraft. The Lightbender from what I hear is epic is good waves yet not sure how it goes in typical everyday surf that's not so good. As well I have a surfboard review request, Wills Fish Trimcraft. Any advice helps, Cheers!

Hey, you probably figured this question out by now, but the Plasmic isn't what I'd grab for good waves. I find the nose of my 5'2 catches in slightly steeper surf, and although riding a 5'2 in head high+ surf can be fun, with the Plasmic I can easily feel out of control because it's so skatey and chunky. The Wills Fish is for sure a better wave board and really in a different category than the Plasmic.
