Honestly, outstanding work. I mean it, usually I am not a fan of fan covers because they feel artificial compared to the real thing, but this is very close to how the soundtrack would be if Gold would finally release the soundtrack (so never)
I wish Gold also released the OST as fast as Segun Akinola, I remember Power of the Doctor soundtrack coming out 1 day after the Power of the Doctor aired. I mean, series 10 aired in 2017. That's SEVEN years ago! And still no soundtrack!
I saw a new WhoviVortex upload and thought, "yeah I'll give that a go babes!" Amazing work. So good to hear bits of music from older episodes incorporated in there too. What a treat.
@WhoviVortex Thank you! For Hell Bent most of The Doctor's Theme tracks went unreleased when he was on Gallifrey. When he's in the barn and facing off Rasilon For the opening 2 parter quite a few 😂 From Magician's Apprentice when they find out they're on Skaro. For the Witch's Familiar the start of the episode, think it's been called Consider the Doctor before along with the ending Mercy. Basically versions of 12s theme. Also just alot of the Dalek motifs that went unreleased throughout the episodes. Appreciate that's alot but would be incredible to hear those in full after seeing what you can do 😄

Every time you upload these suites I get goosebumps your arranging skills are so good can’t wait to see you do season 1 or series 14 tracks honestly so good 🫡
This makes me wonder about my little conspiracy more, This music is VERY 05-10 sounding, very RTD1, and I'm wondering more and more if Moffat made Gold tone the music either down or to a different style. Edit: Thats not to say his 10-17 stuff is bad, on the contrary, but its certainly different to RTD 1 and Apparently RTD 2
@@WhoviVortex That's so cool! Do you have a full PC setup you use for the mixing and such? I've tried to produce music in the past, and my poor Chromebook just can't handle it all. But I'm hoping one day once I get a good setup to get back into it.
@@Spoot401 Hiya, sorry for the late reply! I actually mix in my DAW; it's very much a mix-as-I-go process but it's not always super efficient.. iZotope has some great plugins like 'Neutron' which may be of interest for cutting corners

What MIDI software do you use?
Hiya! I use FL Studio as my DAW, whilst the samples are a collection from various folks (Spitfire, East West, Soundiron, loads of Kontakt stuff etc)
