Mikey & Nicky is class. Think if you were familiar with Cassavetes work & then discovered it, you'd assume he directed it, especially as he stars in it too. The film feels extremely Cassavetes-esque. Elaine May had such an incredibly underrated directorial career, so much great work in there.

Hey Paul! Loved seeing you in Twisters. Your cameo had a funny progression for me. I noticed it was you, then it seemed like they weren't going to give you much to do, then you had that great second part where you're talking to Glenn in the car, which cracked me up. Glad to see you on the big screen.

Me watching Klute the first time: "Oh, this must be the scene that ensured Fonda her Oscar." [a couple scenes later] "Oh, no, this is the scene that ensured Fonda that Oscar." [a couple scenes later] "Silly me, this is definitely the scene that ensured Fonda the Oscar." Over and over again. And that's how Jane Fonda won her Oscar.
