A lot of the compositions I've heard / made with the original DN, while no doubt amazing sounding, always came with a small asterisk: "This track is awesome! *for something made on a single synth w/ 4 tracks" Now with the added tracks / voice count / LFOs / and synth machines on DNII this is perhaps the most comprehensive sound-designer's groovebox ever to exist. I suspect that many albums will be made solely on this one box.
I agree. This groovebox is much more than that. It's a synth with endless possibilities. I don't regret selling my Syntakt for it. I just started to explore it and I'm really loving it. So much to explore on it !
This shows money can't buy you everything, my whole life i have been overly passionate about sound and of course music in every way or genre... if i would ever return back to earth, like in reincarnation, I would only have one wish, to have the skills to combine the creativity, imagination and intuitive understanding of technology you display over and over again.... @@chromaflow9313 I think each of them has its own beauty and what I use it comes and goes in periods. Combining them is also a good idea. My live setup is like this , 2 Digis, one Moog Mavis and a Roland S-1. Cheers
