I first really noticed the sound of Crosshair's theme in Season 2 "The Outpost" - that episode stung on so many levels. S3E5 reopened that wound a bit, but it needed to. I fear what will happen to Crosshair by season's end, but I hope whatever it is, it's something worthy of such a complicated and, in some ways, relatable character.
The moment they changed the leading instrument to a perfectly tuned violin, I straight up almost cried. That's how his soul sounds, I thought. That's the epiphany, the culminating point of his struggle, his rise from the ashes, and I am in awe because of his strength and will. Crosshair is beautiful in every way, and we have to thank the writers for this chance they given us to follow him on his way to redemption, and to Kiner's team for caring so much for all of the characters to pull off something so breathtaking and amazing and you for giving us a new spin on these tracks
True! talking about hounds I loved Crosshairs turn to Betcha. It really shows him softening up. Also Crosshair and omega had a little bit of a last of us thing going.
I love all the batch but Omega and Crosshair are the most interesting, since one is always evolving, and the other one is deeper than the rest of the stereotypical batch.
I found it so wild how bro has his own theme song the entire show, even when he reunited with his brothers. Whenever Crosshair went into action, you heard his notorious beat dropping hard and in the final season it was mixed with the Clone Force 99 theme in a heroic fashion as he is now one of the heroes again.

Seeing Crosshair wear his old armour truly symbolised that he was back where he belongs - with his brother's and sister. To me, Omega played a big part in his redemption and has made him warm up to things more. I'm glad Crosshair is back where he belongs and though it took a while, I'm glad he and Hunter in particular reconciled and built bridges. Welcome back Crosshair!
I found your channel a few days ago and I must say that you create such an amazing work. I especially love your videos from the Bad Batch season 3. Crosshair is a very complicated character, with a difficult past and an uncertain future. His theme is so beautiful and I think it perfectly reflects his soul. He is scared, he is lost, but deep in his heart he knows that his brothers, his family, still love him. They may disagree, they may argue, but at the end of the day they are still brothers. Masterpiece!
Crosshair has always been an interesting character. I loved his redemption and i love his stone cold personality. I also love how he is now the new father figure for Omega. Hunter has some competition 😂
Yo I feel like everything about season 3 has been peak so far. This theme, Crossdad, and Omega is pulling a Ahsoka-type character development where we hate her at first, but then turns into a fan favorite. This theme is the single greatest masterpiece of the season so far, and I was having an aneurism on the couch watching Omega and Crossdad escape together and make it out. I know that’s a lot to read, but who agrees?
I love Crosshair not because he’s a sniper(like I am fan for sniper for tf2 and my second oc is like Crosshair) but he has a personality what we make mistakes in life or choose the wrong side of the force but there’s always redemption and give a second chance I am like Crosshair a outcast,bad choice and follow orders. But clone five 99 gave a second chance of his beloved brother and that’s what is about family never gets left behind or forgotten we do have second chance but is to you to redeem yourself and follow the right path. Crosshair I always respect as a brother.

Crosshairs realisation of helplessness, the cruelty of the empire on episode "The Outpost" is one of the best character arcs ive ever seen. In S3, he gives the line to the captain that didn't trust him; "I realised.... that I was 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆."

Crosshair and Omega remind me of The Hound and Arya from Game of Thrones. They have some of the best scenes together.

It's an unreleased track as far as I know. The "metal" sounds, to me, seem to be manipulated or distorted piano sounds.
