She combines a haunting voice with instrumental skills, deep-rooted natural etherealism and a balance of alien beauty and slavic "bimbo" aesthetic. Its such a wild mix that just works. Its easy to misjudge her at first which just makes her more enchanting. Actually an experimental genius.
Actually her vocals improved. Her live performances used to be not so good because of her singing out of tune a lot ( and no not on purpose) she must have had vocals lessons for sure. I would say she really sounds much better
"sound is invisible and so is the audience this time, just thinking about that" "the presence of the sound is representative of the audience at its invisble, i feel you all out there watching, thank you"
I started crying 3 minutes in. I’m a singer and haven’t been able to sing for a few years because of religious trauma. The emotion, rawness, and beauty of this is hard to explain. The only thing I’ve been able to really sing in a while (Faith Consuming Hope, the first song)
I have watched this every day since my first time watching it. Absolutely obsessed with her melodies. The mathematics of her music make brain go purrrrr
finally , this lady is like going back to the nineties when muxic was so beautiful so original and so many amazing lady singers came out thought all was lost so , thank you Dear Eartheater🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
When I first heard of eartheater I truly felt disturbed but I couldn't stop watching her.. I mean that in the nicest way possible.. now I can't get enough.. she has so much beauty in how she carries herself and in way she sings.. she came into my life at such a pivotal moment.. maybe it's because we're both pisces but I feel her energy and it's deep.. i hope she gets more recognition but never changes how she expresses her art.. ♡
this acoustic version of Put a head in a head CHANGED ME . also I don't think any other album has had such a huge impact on me as Phoenix . Literal therapy. She's like a siren that wants to lure you back inside the womb and heal your soul
I'm forever grateful for seeing her live in Warsaw and hearing some of those songs then... the beauty of her soul haunts me to this day. After, she played in a club she invited us all there for a afterparty. I stood so close to her, I could not believe how blessed I am to experience her mixing the most bizarre melodies. Protect that woman at all cost.
So glad I stumbled upon that "best of 2021 albums" article on Invisible Oranges, where she was in the Chelsea Wolfe's list. Was totally not expecting this based upon her album covers. Such a beautiful and sad voice.
I am just getting into Eartheater, but oh my! I didn not expect this level of exellency live. She has an amazing and unique voice and control over it, not to mention guitar skills and just pure creative genius spurring on her records. She's great.

Well said.
Oh damn even a year later there’s never been a better description of the Queen & her work. Wow!
she's my best discovery of 2020
x2
Omg same

I know right?!
I don't know if she ever blows up or not but definitely she will be remembered as a legend for the culture one day.
yesssss sirrrrrrrrr
all of her albums are so different yet so incredible. she knows what shes doing.
she is incredibly well respected in the music scenes in Europe. dunno about elsewhere but she already is a living legend for sure
She is insane with the guitar
Yes those 4 chords are just "insane" LMAO !!!!!!!
@ for someone with zero knowledge of guitar, her strumming is awesome!
Her hitting the high notes to Below The Clavicle literally scalped my wig
Love the Soprano C.
felling this today :(
Actually her vocals improved. Her live performances used to be not so good because of her singing out of tune a lot ( and no not on purpose) she must have had vocals lessons for sure. I would say she really sounds much better
@strksln you should have seen her old live shows.
@@XxQueenChristinaxX is she a soprano? I thought she was an alto
she’s so talented, truly, criminally underrated.
It is crime
Criminally !
LOL are you being ironic?
Eartheater unplugged is just as amazing.
I may prefer it this way tbh. At least some of it.
shes definitely the siren that lures me into lava
best comment, very well said
HOT ETERNAL LAVA
NOOOOO ITS TRUE
Don't think I've ever been so fascinated by guitar work. Also astonished at how beautiful her voice is live. As good as the album version
Love the guitar, it has alot of feeling but its pretty simple stuff im not sure what your are fascinated by :P
She is so refreshing. She’s just always searching for and becoming herself.

The fact she rocks the Slavic stripper look makes this even better.
we want the look.
We need more folk artists with bimbo fashion
her voice is so enchanting. i've never heard anythin quite like it
she sounds even more angelic and ethereal live, love her unique concept and music, like a techno fairytale.
she is really the one and everyone sleeps
don't have a audience
totally agree
she shouldn't have defended her r*pist boyfriend by bringing up emmet till and the brooklyn 5 then maybe people would support her 🤷
@@BROS4XCX omg really??
@@BROS4XCX wait.. who? what? when? where?
what an honor to exist in a world with music as beautiful as this.

I relate, you're not alone
Get out of your religion to make your art.
What exactly is religious trauma? Did you find god?
I have watched this every day since my first time watching it. Absolutely obsessed with her melodies. The mathematics of her music make brain go purrrrr
She is the best discovery of my 2021. Precious, talented, a true artist, and her voice is unique, her art makes me feel alive.

What a beautiful voice, and such an amazing guitarist. I love this set :)
The way such an epic stage name fits her perfectly.
never judge a book by the cover. after hearing her she looks very strong and genuine, not like many of the nowadays musicians
An Artist, a real one.
Somehow she makes me think about the "llorando" girl in Mulholland Drive, and i'm so here for it
Love everything about her
