Most of the meeting was about the cameras being used for per mile charging and distance charging till more Digital tech comes put they will need a camera network in place. ULEZ is a cash cow for Khan mis spending of public money to pay off his debits. Government can’t get him out on anything as he has to much power and does what he wants. 1/ The 20mph Zones as the journey takes longer they will be able to charge more. 2/ TFL Scoot Traffic Light Control System that can be used to make journeys take longer for more profit.
