1.1 Steam chamber AL material No:6063
1.2 AL plate material No:5052
1.3 Cavity and core by casting, AL material No:A356.2
1.4 Whole mould and steam chamber process by CNC machine.
1.5 Core vents centre distance 25mm,water cooling pipe made by copper with water spray,mould coat Teflon.
