Im looking to start, what would be a good KB weight set to do everything? 230lbs (Bar- 350, 375, 400) Getting older and want functional strength to last.
I use 17.5, 25, and 35. I have sets for the lighter two and use the 35 for my heavy single bell stuff
I can feel my lower right back hurting with all of these workouts😢
