From experience I can tell you one roll would have been more than enough to tape someone to the ceiling. In fact most of the time half a roll would be sufficient if the person doesn’t move.
I bet there insurance company demanded they use more for safety and in case anyone tried to replicate it.

you can sort by oldest and scroll through the list that way but theres also little shorts in between episodes so every 3rd or 4th video is usually an episode in order
In 1960's Britain a lot of the kids TV went from episode to episode like it was planned by someone on LSD. The Magic Roundabout being a right tripfest for a 6 year old! I've no problem with Kari being pregnant one hour & as thin as a stair rod the next.

Well, obviously intros were scripted. As for the rest - the engineering and testing parts - it is too unpredictable to script.

I once repaired a torn winter parka by using duct tape on the inside of the tear to hold the torn material in place, and then going over it with an iron. The repair lasted years.
Next myth: You can saw your boat in half! (and repair it with only FlexTape!)

32:45 Duct Tape for boat repair. Not so good. But MILLIPUT is magnificent! A guy hit a rock in England with his sailing boat, and it made a hole about the size of a tennis ball. Quick thinking, he kneaded some Milliput he had on boat, and the two-component epoxy putty reacted as it should. The boat repair man had to cut around the hardened Milliput Plug to repair the damage. It was simply too hard to drill out. So, for smaller leaks, I would bring some packs of Milliput rather than Duct Tape when I go sailing. Great episode of MythBusters!

The Duct Tape Cannon, probably could fix it's main issue of not keeping it's shape by not making it 100% out of duct tape and giving it some basic structural support through some rebar or something.

@@CZProtton mythbuster cannonball incident is what you want to look for. They accidently fired a cannonball into a housing area, caused a fair bit of damage but luckily no one hurt.
Got a strong "mandela effect" on this episode. I remember the duck tape boat melting and coming apart, also the cannon ball jammed up and blew a finger sized hole out
Maybe you’re thinking of the ice boat. I don’t remember if there was one only built from ice but 100% they used frozen newspaper for one
i love utility tools in the first world. come and try the same with the duct tape quality in turkey
34:12 you can fix a hole with while on see the problem with what they did was the boat was quiet small and the didn't put enough effort into fixing the leak.
After the put the first patch on it they still should hold the hole with the hand or foot while making a second and third patch. The putting tape around the patches and then in cross two layers on top of it.
Have you every had to use ducts tape to repair a boat... yes.

Interestingly i don't use duct tape on ducting. It dries out after a few years and disintegrates. I used tin tape.
