I'll never forget when I worked at dunkin and a Karen ordered a latte, drank it, and came back angry saying we made it wrong and wanted it remade. AFTER SHE DRANK IT. Like, basically all of it. There was like a little at the bottom of the cup and ice left. She essentially wanted another latte for free. Obviously I said no and adamantly refused to make her another one unless she paid for it. She asked to see the manager. She got two, since the district manager was there as well. She told them about my "rudeness" and store manager was getting ready to kiss her ass and give her another free latte. But District manager stopped her. He actually had my back and basically told this woman to fuck off and that she wasn't getting a free drink. God that felt good.

This time I told the waitress I was going to serve the table, as I knew what was happening.
