Dan is so funny sometimes. I love the end where inspecting the dart and the liquid goes in his Eye. Gav is more serious film guy but Dan is not only stunt guy but really entertaining when he describes his experice, idea or story telling with what ever they are using that day for Slow Mo.

On the other hand, for a large animal the amount really isn’t all that much. It’s probably not very comfortable, but by far the most gentle and safe way to tranquilize an animal that needs medical care or for some other reason has human interaction that can be highly dangerous and stressful for both parts

There is, of course, a negative pressure when injecting into muscular tissue. It wouldn't be as quick an injection as releasing into a non-resistant space.

At 7:12 for just a few frames you can see the glint of a bit of what I assume is glitter above the dart, though Dan mentions spit so it could also be that too

Unless we had like a stabilizer for the bottle it would probably could falling over plus a water bottles skin isn't as tough as leather so you probably would not get same effect and depth as you would with mock leather

i love these super cameras that probably cost tens of thousands of dollars and the set up for catching water is a dustpan and stell bucket...i love these lads.
Just as a random fact, the "bottles" you draw liquid drugs from into a syringe is called an ampoule.

An ampoule is glass bottle with no cap, which has to be broken by the neck.

I think they’ve already done something similar to that.
Well I suggest a rifle with a muzzle brake because it creates a significant enough shockwave to displace the water, while also being able to film very close/ tight shots of it happening...also rigging an artificial rainstorm would be cheap, and you could easily control the water pressure/intensity for different effects. Either way, I think it would be awesome to watch at like 27K FPS
