    great stuff. I wonder if there are guro out there that have made adjustments to adapt to the developments in MMA.

      I don't know. I tend to look at this material as someone who throws a punch, or goes to shove, extends the arm, etc. not in the mutual combative sense (a MMA match, sparring match etc.) but more in a non consenual combative situation.

      Thank you for your replies and comments. I (we, my students and I) really enjoy his teaching style and his system.
      The instructor's name is Abundio Baet, his system is Garimot Arnis Training or GAT for short.

      Thank you for your comments. I agree that this material is very nice, it is packaged well and easily taught in class. Which for me as an instructor is important. However the more that I have taught it, the more it impacts my TKD classes as well as my FMA classes.

    So after multiple times of watching, all I csn say is great job to the instructor.
    But I can't focus because Velma in the background is looking like straight 🔥 an I can't put out the 5 Alarm on my tongue.
