You should make some videos of a pro player coming in, start to finish to perfecting their bat. Small changes, tested in games, more revisions showing just what a pro player and you guys do to find the right bat specs for them
Imagine if loiusville slugger invented some kind of super compression tank that was on par or above the pressures of challenger deep (deepest spot in the ocean) and compressed their bats that way to make them as hard as steel.
The day they release custom bats to the public like every single other bat company out their is the day I buy from Louisville and not marucci and Chandler
@@sluggernation too bad the company in louisville screwed over many loyal employees in the factory and in the museum over the years, esp after covid hit (including me). Wilson should think twice about dealing with such an unethical company in Louisville
At the MLB level I just don’t know how they stay together and hear some of the cracks that thing should be shattered like an M 80 blew up a toilet you hear the loud crack I’m Expecting it to break no
Only 15% of MLB players use slugger. They have been going downhill ever since John Hillerich IV took over in 2000/2001 from his Father. Only reason company is still in business is because of the museum. Even the museum has gone downhill since Covid hit in 2020. The museum got rid of some amazing employees and tour guides and now all the tour is is videos and guides that are not knowledgeable
I want to be able to order a bat in turns (models not available to the public) that a professional uses with the same grade of wood!

I live within just under maybe 25 minutes from this place. Been here multiple times and it’s always been fun going here.
they look incredible
Glad you like them, Max.
And you don't even have to be a MLB player, they will customize a bat for you

@@sluggernation.
I visited this museum when I went to Kentucky I went to this and then we were mostly there to tour mammoth cave
y'all need to make a pool stick
Best bat ever
I'm watching this is 2021 only hoping these are made just like this today. America's pastime should not be outsourced.
True
Our team in Louisville still makes every one of our wood bats - with lumber sourced from our own forests!

Do they make Aluminium Bats?
Yes
@@bryantchung3395 but i still use wood
I imagine in the early days, players probably had to make their own bats.
They did. Sam Crawford, all time major league leader in triples, used to make his own bats and even gave some of his creations to Babe Ruth
What do they do with all the reject billets?
think they sell them as series 3x
most of the bats they make are rejects, which is why very little players in the big leagues even still use them
There are alot of signature/memorabilia bats they make. I would imagine most of those are the reject billets
💥 I guess it’s safe to say… “100% Made In America”

Ash borer

Hopefully this doesn’t cost my life savings
Time to sell my left kidney to afford there cheapest bat
Hector Rios you can customize a bat exactly like the ones they use in the MLB for 200ish.. their BBCOR bats are expensive as shit tho

Chandler bats is better
