Athletes complete in weight class lower than their actual weight so they can complete againts smaller opponents with the help of Hyperhydration meaning water overloading which causes the Diuresis, which is the increase in the amount of urine made by the kidney and passed from the body. And then they stop drinking water but the body keeps on going with Diuresis and this results in dehydration which causes the person to lose water weight. Then they weigh in on the division weight and after that quickly rehydrate the body by drinking water and thus they increase their weight. This is cheating basically and in order to stop this cheating, olympics has introduced double weigh in since tokyo. She got caught and was disqualified for cheating.
