I was trying to do it as multiple steps but I found that it works when you do it all in one motion. Thanks for the tutorial video, now I can finally impress my friends plus, it's fun to do. Do you know how to make the ball go higher though, because I've almost hit myself in the head multiple times and had to duck.
guys when I do this the ball goes in the air till me chest level but it doesn't go upwards and goes backwards.... and also I am doing this bare feet right now will there be any effect when I will do it with my soccer shoes. any advice? It'll be a pleasure if 7mlc comments on this

Hi Michael, the only secret is practice mate. Just over and over again, you’ll naturally get it. Unfortunately there aren’t any other shortcuts. Keep going my man!
I think you’re confusing “advanced” with “complicated”. The best players in the world are more advanced than you and I, but the actual techniques/skills they use are very simple. Doing complicated things doesn’t make you more advanced. Hope this helps 👍
Hi mate i tried doing the rainbow flick but i couldnt because of my socks i think i cant get hold of the ball it kept sliding away i cant play outside because of the snow the people who work in our apartment complex dont clean it for no reason.
I have been Practing the Rainbow Flick for 4 Years but MOST of the time the Ball goes to the side, back or just straight up. I always lean so it comes towards me but it flicks to the back. When i first starrted the ball kept going backwards i still cant do the full rainbow but its not going backwards anymore really helped me :).
How do you stop getting it to go backwards? I have the same problem
