Hey again. That "pretty Vince Gill thing to do" about 15:08 was pretty cool, I got it from a tutorial a while back on Duane Allman-esque licks, but that video showed an easier way to do it, that sidestepped the need for getting perfect tonality on two bends, on the single string. Just slide up one fret and bend there, then slide back again and bend there. It's real easy to pull off that way, and really emulates Duane's phrasing.

This was really appreciated. Mark Knopfler has the uncanny ability to play the perfect part for the space he plays in. Never too much, never too little. Always fits the song. Thanks for doing this, and well done.

I know you probably already know this...but he did in fact bottle the sauce and it's available for a decent fee on artistworks. Don't miss watching the video exchanges with other students. If your like me it's easier to watch someone else ask all the questions that come to mind while learning this stuff. But eventually (hopefully soon), I'll be sending in my own video, cuz why not?
GT, that last couple of riffs in this video...Oh man! I'm still looking for my socks, you absolutely blew them away haha. Always love your creativity and originality in what you do, even when it's borrowing from other artists, you always have a way of adding the GT signature to it. So cool and inspiring. Sincere Thanks.
