I hear a lot of people talking about "manifesting" things they want, and then going out and buying that thing. That's not manifestation, that's shopping.
To quote Brooks&Dunn - "From my four-wheel drive to my cowboy boots I owe it all to my blue collar roots I feel like I'm workin' overtime on a runaway train I've got to bust loose from this ball and chain."
I think they get confused between material attainments, and states of mind. Personally, I'm just over here, pretty much housebound apart from medical appointments due to cervical injury and post op.. trying to manifest either my brain ignoring the relentless pain, or simply trying to blast through it! Then I can get back to WORK, and financially "manifest" (purchase), some of my "wants" on my yet-to-do-&-have list!🙄😄🥰
Ouch, the cervical injury sounds very painful. Did you have a hysterectomy? I nearly had to have one because of a bad childbirth. First daughter, I needed 26 stitches, and 2nd daughter dislocated my right hip. During contractions, they managed to push it back in. Omg that was painful. I'm sending you a hug, and I hope you recover quickly 💓
@fairyfairy6090 Oh I'm sorry, I meant cervical spine. The neck part of the spine from the head to the shoulders. I almost managed to turn myself into a quadriplegic. The disc had extruded so bad it was starting to strangle my spinal cord. As soon as the surgeon found it, he put me on a "stop everything, physio, stretches, driving, everything", set of instructions, until he could get approval to go in and fix it. He said it could be something as simple as bending or turning my head, and I would be in a world of trouble. Took about 3 weeks for them to approve it, and he went in and removed what was left of the disc, cleaned up the bone forming the vertebrae, and replaced it with a cage and small set of braces. Thankfully, it appears to be mechanically sound and stable now, but some of the damage it did to the nerve is proving incredibly hard to beat. I couldn't imagine dislocating a hip in the middle of childbirth! Some of us really do inadvertently up for some of the most painful events in life, huh?!! Strength and good health to you darl. 🙏
@anti-victimGenX I am so glad you had a good Dr, and he was brilliant in surgery and managed to save your spine. Good luck healing it will take time, but with the determination you have, I am sure you will make it. Please stay in touch with me and let me know how you get on xxx. I just wanted to let you know that the girls are 22 and 20 now, and even though I had them so long ago, I still get the odd twinge of pain, but that's usually because of cold weather 😅 🙃
@fairyfairy6090 ❤❤❤ I only had one, she's 28 now, and I'm so grateful for the 2 little Master Grannies I also now get to love as well! Didn't have even a smidge of what you went through though! I had 5 planned stitches from her natural arrival, all be it she was 10 days late and I had to be induced, haha. I've had dislocated fingers and did something strange to my knee once in my youth (softball catcher), but to dislocate your hip in the throws of child birth... They reckon God only hands us what he thinks we can rise to, but that's a heck of a cross to bring life into the world! All I'm saying is I reckon you'd be the wrong person to sook about victimhood to! And God bless you for being that person!! ❤❤❤
You ain't wrong about going out to work for something. It's figuring out how to not get overworked for chumpchange. Everything is becoming so expensive nowadays too. Even when you're learning to manage your wallet better too, them things are getting high up there in price. I'm eager to work. It don't matter the pay. It gets tricky learning to navigate how to not get tricked into some things, and there's a lot of trickery out here these days. That ain't even mentioning how to work with people that are becoming more bitter by the day to work with.
Manifest. To think of manifesting anything, is to be in tune with your mind. You manifest the thoughts, that create the words, that cause you to speak. Those very words can bring in an income greater than your hands. You manifest an image in your mind. Your hands copy that image onto a sheet of paper. You have manifested a thought into reality. That thought can now be art and earn you some cash. This also applies with design. In your mind you see colors that work well with each other and hues of bold other colors. You create the perfect living space with natural bold colors. Again manifestation into reality. It is easier to explain the concept when you actually practice the structure. My thoughts can become reality by writing or drawing what my minds sees.
Our generations are different. We knew failure. Manifesting might result in failure. The newer generations have never "failed" and cannot cope with it. They chat and collaborate and make plans but are nearly useless at actions. It's sad to see. Speaking very generally. I know a lot of useless 60 year olds and a few competent 20s
This is very true. I hope for the best for the future generations I really do. I want them to achieve great things, and I know that in order for that to happen for them, they need to work for it. I agree with what you said about 60 somethings and the 20 somethings 🙃😉
They got participation trophies. That ruined them. They never learned to deal with losing. I remember thinking when I first heard about the trophies, how absolutely stupid. No wonder these kids are so entitled & spoiled.

Probably going into debt buying something they don't need, and it probably won't be used either
they want everything handed to em
It's sad I would like to see ambition to become better people 😕
That's why they say good things come to those who work their asses off whatever fool said "those who wait" was a liar
Thank you. Monty sends you a big hug and a paws 🐾 up 🐾 🤗 ❤️ xx

Takes time and patience. I've got both, so my time will come xx 😻🐾🐾🐾🐾❤️🧚♀️

We indulged them without thinking about the consequences sadly 😥
