Really excited to see this, thank you for sharing. Will go see this in theatres as soon as it releases!
Pretty cool that so many Succession cast members are in Oscar buzzy movies this year (Memoir of a Snail, The Apprentice, A Real Pain, Saturday Night, and LOTR: War of the Rohirrim).

Great review Luke! Can’t wait to see A Real Pain.
I do think Kieran Culkin’s chances to get nominated for Best Supporting Actor are strong for all the reasons you said. I do hope Guy Pearce wins the Oscar though!
Excited for Jesse Eisenberg to get a writing nom too.

I can’t wait for this to come out in November as I’ve been excited for this since Sundance. I like both Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin, both of them together is a selling point. I think it could get 3 - Picture, Screenplay and Supporting Actor. Excited to see Culkin getting Oscar buzz and Eisenberg getting his first Screenplay nomination. Unpopular opinion, I think Jesse Eisenberg should’ve won Best Actor for The Social Network. Great review, Luke!

@@jackbennersmoviereviews thanks so much mate. I hope it lives up to your expectations.
For me, I believe Andrew Garfield should’ve won Best Supporting actor for the social network - but he wasn’t even nominated! 😲

I'm the one who said I give him less of a chance because his role is too similar to Roman, but I was talking about his chances of winning, not nomination. I do think he'll probably get nominated. As things stand right now, I'm predicting him, Jeremy Strong, Clarence Maclin and Guy Pearce (with Pearce as the frontunner to win) and then maybe someone from Anora (Yora Borisov? People seem to be favoring him) or maybe someone out of the left field or from a film that hasn't premiered yet.

Been a big fan of Kieran Culkin since Igby Goes Down. I’m glad to see him getting a film that gives him a chance to chew on some scenery.

Looks like I don't need to adjust my Gold Derby predictions, because I have A Real Pain in the same three categories.

Jesse's lex Luther received so much negative reviews, this ruined his image and his credibility as an actor.
He was such a hot actor after the social network was released. He is talented, I hope people can give him a chance
