The Civilian Defense Force (CDF) Overdrive Initiative Phase 2 of 6 in Star Citizen has begun! Through a series of 6 phases in total, we fight against the XenoThreat threat. I think the size and number of the hostiles depends of the number of persons within your group. I did one of the missions on my own and just got Cutlass Blacks and 2 Wardens. But it's a nice contrast to the the first part.

Did Phase 1 with the Yacht Club last weekend. We had a group of 25. It was a lot of fun. Helping a couple of friends finish Phase 1 this afternoon, then Yacht Club Phase 2 tonight. Looking forward to it.
Really fun in a group 🤩
So I did it solo in a Redeemer with repeaters. When I got to the hammer head I was doing fine but it took forever. Recommend Balistics for solo. Also I had extra ships show up on my mission at the end.
The missions differ quite clearly, which I think is good 😇

I wonder if there is a ship that is able to fulfill all 6 missions in the end. Maybe something like a capital military ship with a ship hangar?! Would be quiet annoying to equip the whole crew for each phase of the XT-event. Hope CIG has something in the oven for us....
