I feel exactly what she's talking about. This impulse can really be felt physically. To me it feels like a door opens in the physical heart. Sometimes it is very subtle, other times it is very obvious, but it is always associated with joy and love. Of course, that's just an image, but it describes quite well what I perceive from this impulse. Wonderful to hear someone talk about it like that.

What would you tell a person of mixed heritage perhaps from native American semi nomadic hunter gatherer and Spanish conquerors..how do we approach all these things that you teach..while living in this ego driven society for 55 yrs now
