The ones that really angered me were movies that had deliberately misrepresented what the movie actually was by their teaser roles. That was very popular to do in the 90s. Nothing like expecting to see a sci-fi thriller and getting a sci-fi horror. Infuriating
2 Roland Emmerich movies and 2 Joel Schumacher movies already. I think you may have to lower your expectations when you come in to some of these movies. Some of the trailers for those movies looked horrible right away.
I would have only seen 4 of these movies but unfortunately I seen Jupiter Ascending with my sister. Conan was a disappointment but their is alot of characters in the Conan world and the remake much like 1987 Conan focused on the magic. I felt Jason Mamoa was miscast and the action sucked I fast forwarded through most of Basic Instinct. FUN FACT: Sharon Stone is stupid because the director told her he just wanted her to not wear panties so he could get a genuine reaction from the guys watching but he wasn't going to actually shoot her cootch I mistake Elm Street 5 and Elm Street 6 because part 6 has Freddies kid in it too. But she's a grown up. I'd rather see Batman and Robin instead of Batman Returns BatNRobin>BatReturns 2012 I didn't think would be good but I thought it would be good to see in the theater. I don't go to the theater often and haven't seen 2012 since but watching it in theater was ok. I don't often get excited about a movie so I'm not let down. For years I heard about the Point Break remake then forgot about it. Then seen they actually made it. I thought trailer sucked but found the movie to be OK (Not as bad as I thought) I saw the first trailer for the 2018 Deathwish 2 months ago. Got excited. But after seeing a recent trailer and watching a review I'm glad I didn't waste money to watch. If it's on Netflix or a movie channel I'll waste my time to see it but I'm not gonna search for it. Lookimg forward to seeing 31-40
I was so excited for Godzilla in 98 as a kid and when I saw it I was so disappointed. I gotta go watch Shin Godzilla to make myself forget that awful movie.
It was a shit movie, too. Seriously, it was crap. The storyline sucked. The acting sucked. The "twist" sucked. It is a rare movie I could never sit through again because I loathed it that much. The point of the movie was the same as many direct to VHS soft core movies of the time.
@@NotTheHockeyGuy No offense... but I've seen several of your favorite movies lists. Very impersonal. Leaving me to believe you're moth to a flame attracted to standard Hollywood banality. All these dull millennial superhero movies, does opening a can of tuna with an electric device give you the rollercoasters? You throw your hands up in the air when you watch gears in a clock turn? _Basic Instinct_ is cinematically lush (holy god is it a visual WONDER) (much better looking than almost anything on your lists), striking, transgressive, unapologetic, sexually in very bad taste- but that makes it unique. It's not trying to fit into some tired mold of Other Thriller. It blazes its own trail. With style, thoughtful campiness (nothing wrong with that), and by challenging the fragile ego of cis/het male viewers. It's a nice dry run for 1994's _The Last Seduction_ = also about a woman who runs circles around every man she comes across.
I remember some other GodZilla movie where Godzilla had babies and they were all raptors...

I was little when I saw Godzilla 1998 and thought it was great. Oh how wrong was I.
Now I’m hooked to see what number one is!
You are a video idea machine
Calling it now Phantom Menace is number 1

R the rest of these disappointing movies somewhere Shannon I only can c 41 to 50 just now
San Andreas puts that pathetic cliché of US "patriotism" in the end, which I probably hate the most in almost every disaster movie. :D
Trashing _Basic Instinct_ because you don't think Sharon Stone is sexy... Maybe you missed the dang point of the movie.
