@@RUclipsOfficialReviewerAccount cant wait for their version of navigation buttons. They'll be branding it "Magic Back Button" to unify the back gesture with a all new never seen before best ever back button.

Well happy pride month then 🏳️🌈🫶

Linus won. Now I don't gotta hear him wine about the iPhone not having T9 dialing anymore. It's a celebration.
The most important part
No T9 on my iPhone always pisses me off!
if he's not wining then he's not dining and definitely not 69ing.
Whine. Wine is that thing you drink.
I now have a feeling that Linus is going back to iPhone as his main phone
Hearing Grindr let alone SCRUFF mentioned was not something I was expecting 😂
He basically said happy pride month
Normalisation of differences let’s go 💪
Also saying "a girl can dream"
Genderfluid Linus confirmed?
so clean
he slid it in so smooth too lmfao

I'm sure they'll come around in a few more years, late as usual.
Funilly enough iPhone's Ifixit score has been going up recently

1:12 just want to note that typing to Siri was already possible. You can set the side button (power button) to type to Siri instead of speak to it.
Yes, it was an accessibility feature like pinch on Apple Watch. Accessibility features seem like a built-in beta test.
RIGHT?! Its always been a thing, its literally a button in settings :’)
Yeah I never liked having to talk to Siri been using it for years at this pint I think
Stupidly hidden and limited.
Accessibility settings are the real GOAT. I use so many features there. A simple one is reduce white point to make the screen dimmer. Live captions for videos, speech controller/speak screen for TTS, etc.
Hey Siri, why am I bad with women?
I'm Alexa.
okay boomer

The cool thing about the Icon Color thing is that it works on ALL icons out of the box. My one plus phone also had a feature exactly like this, but a bunch of third party apps didn’t work with it so it was basically useless
"Hey Siri, I'm giving you a second chance."
"I didn't get that, could you please try again?"

This is the best iOS update they done in many years as it's been stagnant for so long.
Shazam for TV and movies is something amazon has had for ages.
And it would also lag and on many occasions crash the Prime Video app
@@ymtzlgn I've never experienced that.
@@ymtzlgn Ran perfectly on mine, you should probably ask the CS about the issue bro
Same as the Insight feature, I love that about prime

T9 dialing. So Apple has finally arrived in the year 2000.
Your comment makes me think about this with Conan O'Brien singing 🎶 In the year 2000!!!, In the year 2000 🎶
The year 2000!!!!!
Except that anyone in the year 2000 would have called you absolutely stupid for the way you use the keypad in T9 dialing. That's not how the number pad is supposed to work.
@@anianii The nokia 3310, released in 2000, had that feature and so did its predecessor.
why is T9 dialing useful? we have full keyboards on our phones
"hey Siri im giving u 2nd chance" sounds like Linus is about to remarry

Jailbreaking your phone is incredibly irresponsible 😂

You could already type to siri. But they made it enabled by default now.
Well I'm a recent iPhone user (3 years), but i think every big feature in iOS is just a boosted and refined previous accessibility feature.
@@henny60nah lots of new features and i sent feedback last year for the select contact feature and im happy they added it. They actually listen 👍
I knew you could edit something you said to Siri but you could start a whole new message previously?
@@jronmantech In the settings (I don't have my phone with me so bare with me), there are a couple of Siri settings I remember. One is the ability to activate it by holding the power button, and the other is, when it's activated, it will pop up a text bar that you can type your commands to.
Typing to old siri will be nothing like typing to New siri. New siri is actually going to seem more like a person and not like an automated telephone representative...

wow, actually very impressive stuff, feels like 10 years of updates all at once.
Feels like they just copied everyone else’s homework for the past ten years and finally got around to turning in their own paper ten years later. Like window snapping? T9? Scheduled texts? Apps anywhere on the home screen? Apple is the absolute opposite of innovative lmao all they do is copy.
@@theNimboowindows snapping was patented. They legally couldn’t add it.
