Pyrohiv (Пирогі́в) Pirogova Open Air Museum, also known as Pirogovo Open-Air Museum is Europe's largest open air museum. It is quite large, with over 1,300,000 meters of open space full of buildings, forest, open fields, small towns, and places to explore. This is a great place to take pictures, have a picnic, or just enjoy nature.
This video shows various areas of Pyrohiv, including the windmills and villages in the Carpathian area of the museum.
If you are visiting Kiev in the warmer months, this is one place you will not want to miss.
