You could have been NASM certified for 10 years and just need ACE to get the gig. In this situation, you would want to get it as quickly as possible and probably don't need to study as much.
Thank you for this video, I didn't hear anything about how to study for learning the major muscles and their respective origin, insertion, primary function and selected exercises. Is there any visual material that would be helpful to learn these, especially with someone who has no prior anatomy experience. There are no pictures on the figures 9-4 thru 9-11 so it is especially difficult.
@@nkierl yes...not only that many terms changed...preparticipation health screening process is changed...some chapters are removed and new ones came...new ABC approach method is things like that

This is all about 5th edition...but it's 6th edition now

When I inquired about renewing my cert the individuals at ACE recommended the 5th as being sufficient to pass the CURRENT exam…
