I just finished my ISSA CPT last week (Thursday) and today I finished my Master Trainer Certificate (Tuesday), so yes 6 days. I promise I'm considered unique in this. It took me about 10 hours to do the CPT. Here's what I can assure, if anyone follows the advice in this video they absolutely will without a doubt be able to finish in a week and it may not take the recommended 6-8 hours a day. He went through literally every single major point of the exam and if I had spent the 15 minutes watching this video, I actually could have cut my already short study time.
That’s what I’m going for the Master Trainer certificate! How did you get through with your CPT in such a short period of time without overloading your brain 🧠
@@CrysDionArtistry I spent two weeks reading about 2 chapters a days. There’s only so much you can stuff in your head. Even the authors of that book don’t remember more than half of what they put in there. You can spend 10 hours of your time to get useful information out of the book. That’s about it. Or spend the 10 hours cramming the quizzes and exams.
did you have the chance to avail the certify for life for the master trainer package? hows the other courses under the master course? is there any redundancy between them?
@@Npfernandez I’m gonna do the certify for life thing soon because that’s a good deal. The overlap is minimal they seem to be aware that they are building on the personal training and nutrition foundation and assume you have that knowledge already so their lingo on the other courses uses the info but it doesn’t appear on the test nor in depth anymore
I just studied my but off but I've always loved fitness, so for me it made it easier but I'll use this video for anyone else who wants to become one that is my friends, or related to me
My time was November 30 I failed the first test and it give you the areas you need to go back and review before taking the exam again I’m paying $10 for the next 2 months you get four extensions This is separate from your regular monthly payment if you do not pay out up front hope this info helps
It's kinda scary when you hear all the information you have to retain but I am so interested in this that I am sopping it up like a sponge. Of course not everything but it all goes hand in hand. I am looking forward to passing this test. Thanks for sharing this information. c]8-)
is it self paced? It says something about the Live class for a year being the only option and I don't want to do that. Can you just quickly get through the course material, pass the quizzes and then take the exam whenever? Thanks for your help! I haven't purchased anything yet because I'd honestly just rather study for an exam and take it but it doesn't look like that it an option and I have to go through the course
I'm currently studying to take my ISSA CPT exam in the next day or two hopefully, I'm confused - there isn't anything about drawing in phases in the textbook! I also took the PT Pioneer practice exam which mentions OPT and the various Phases which I also couldn't find in the textbook - will OPT stuff be in the exam? 😓 (Big shoutout to you guys, wouldn't have found the course or been able to study without you 😊)
Guys,I live in Poland but o want take this exam, do they have online course and do they provide the material which you should study? Like textbook or ebook?
Say you take the exam the first 10 days, you fail, and you’ll still need to pay for issa for the remaining 10 months. Can you take the exam again within the 10 months ? Is there a additional cost for retake?
