I stopped in last Sunday. I had no idea what the place was . It turned out to be a really fun experience . I did the expedited 13 question custom bourbon wizard . I then had the young girl pour a 1/2 ounce for a taste. We then did a little tweak and and poured another 1/2 ounce taste . I tweaked it once more and now had 3 , 1/3 ounce testers to sample and make my final choice . I ended up picking my third blend to bottle . I haven’t opened it yet. I’m sure I will be back for another bottle . They also have plans to get licensed to ship and keep you blend on file for future bottles .Cool place .
